I was waiting for capital 1 to take the money out my account they never took the funds I spoke with XXXX the supervisor prior before speaking to XXXX I myself another rep named XXXX XXXX verified with my bank that capital one never attempted to take a payment XXXX was the last person I spoke to and like the others he did verifies the same thing. I was told by XXXX that he was putting in a complaint to fix the problem. The next day I called my account was closed for none payment. Also they took XXXX plus points off my credit and flagged the account. On XXXX for capital one it say never a late payment

Event though there weren't any additional charges the balance subjected to interest was raised. There was not any additional charges. A noticed was not given informing of the increase of the interest rate. Payment had been made and the actual owed balance went down.

There are a few late payments occurred from 2018 and a couple months for due to a car accident and I was financially struggling and could not pursue any payments on credit cards. Same time around XXXX. I was laid off for a few months due to the pandemic and I had another late payment or XXXX. Since then I have never missed a credit card payment. Ive been in good standing for a few years now. I reached out to Capital One for assistance and was failed to have anything pursued to be fixed.

They were in my account already telling me about charges that were made. They were able to do a wire to a fake, made up person and capital one did the wire over the phone. Consumer Complaint: Capital One is my bank. I use their bill pay and have had problems with them getting the monies to the payee in a timely fashion. I realize that some of the companies need to have checks written which is absurd in this day and age. The latest incident involved my bill pay to XXXX. The money was taken out of my account on XX/XX/XXXX but was not received by XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. That is a total of 22 days that I did not have use of my money and XXXX was not paid. When I paid the bill I was given a confirmation that the bill/check was to be received by XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Needless to say the bill was past due by this point. Who had and where was my money during this time period? I feel that Capital One uses these delays in bill payments to balance their books and meet their cash reserves. This is done at a detriment to their clients and is an unfair practice.

Consumer Complaint: Hello good morning I have been trying to resolve an account that was opened fraudulently with Capital One for over a year now. They had removed the account and they added it back to my credit report stating that it was in fact me. I have sent police reports and mailed personal statements to the credit bureaus and Capital One stating that I have no knowledge of this account and that it was opened without my consent. I have disputed multiple accounts unfortunately because my personal information was stolen from me. A police report was made and the date is listed with the attached file. I have since put credit locks on my account and have done everything within my power to prevent this from occurring again. I have asked Captial One what proof that they have that was in fact me opening this account and they refuse to let me know. A woman stated " They can not tell me because of privacy '' I have had a XXXX number for over 8 years now. That doesn't make sense.

Why would I return an item if I received it in good Condition '' and how would merchant know the condition of the item that I received. The plastic door bin arrived broken.
