Consumer Complaint: My debit card from capital one was charged over XXXX dollars from XXXX XXXX for food deliveries to a different address that I never resided nor was I near that address but capital one allowed all of the transactions and when I filed a dispute with the bank they rejected my dispute and evidence that I sent to them and they closed my account on a XXXX dollars negative, in addition I spoke to XXXX and they claimed they didnt see the charges from that debit card which I provided all of that information to capital one and they still denied the claim. I am residing in Florida and the deliveries and orders were made in Pennsylvania. I am getting constant phone calls now from capital one to pay for something I never authorized.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX authorized a new credit card which I never authorized and sent it to an address which is not mine. I received a notification on XX/XX/XXXX to me email and called them to let them know that I never applied for that card. XXXX advised me they would cancel the card and XXXX, in fraud department advised me they made a fraud claim for me. On XX/XX/XXXX I received another notice from the bank that another card was processed and shipped out. When I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX the fraud department told me that they could not find the claim that was previously done. This was issued after I put a fraud alert on my accounts. The supervisor appolozied and said she would cancel that one too and insured me she would submit a claim. Failing to report a fraud claim by a bank caused my identity to be stolen.

Consumer Complaint: Discrimination and illegal practices. I currently have a XXXX credit score with XXXX and was offered through credit match a saver one capital one card with a minimum credit limit of {$1000.00} and a maximum interest rate of 22.84 %. After I applied for the saver one card that was matched with my credit I was asked to provide a ID and a copy of my Social Security card which I promptly provided. After I provided these documents they gave me a credit limit well below the standard for this product. They gave me a credit limit of {$300.00} with a interest rate of 30 %. This is not the advertised minimum credit limit for this credit card of {$1000.00} and this is a greater interest rate than what they state the credit interest rate is. I called Capital One and spoke to a supervisor by the name of XXXX who couldnt really tell me anything but told me to continue to apply for credit line increase is after a year. I have currently to capital one credit cards with greater limits than this card and got those credit cards when I had a beginner credit score of XXXX. I have been with capital one for a year and both of my credit limits are around {$1000.00}. Ive never missed a payment and I pay my cards off several times a month. After getting my ID and seeing that I am a race outside of Caucasian they gave me a lower credit line than their minimum advertised limit and gave me a higher interest rate than advertised. Other than giving me generic responses in response to my query, Capitol One was unable to provide a rational reason why my credit limit is lower than an average person would be, and a higher interest rate than someone with a credit score of XXXX.
