It is still showing {$1300.00}. I spoke to XXXX XXXX and he says he will reach out to them. I believe they are deliberatly not doing it to prove a point. the Point is that we live in 2023 and this information should be accurate and not wait 30-60 days. I will not apply for credit until its updated.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2023 receive email that unusual activity on my account and to call to verify activity. When I call I was told they will close my account and end business relationship, and a check will be mailed within 7-10 business days or to go in branch and withdraw my funds. I go to branch XXXX XXXX and they are able to withdraw all my funds and upon calling 'back-end ' was told they are not closing my account and it was my request. They confirm the 'closing of my account ' ruling was overturned and if I wanted to continue with my withdraw since they will not close my account and wanted me to go in branch to verify identity. They unrestricted my account and everything looks normal. On XX/XX/XXXX the next day I receive email my accounts are restricted again and they are closing my accounts. I go in branch on XX/XX/XXXX and they state they are unable to withdraw my funds due to a pending investigation that was closed and finalized weeks ago. When I request written notice or documentation regarding why my funds are not accessible and I have no ability to use my funds, they deny providing any written information. I call on XX/XX/XXXX to request my funds be made available and demand full use of my funds, they deny my request stating there is an indefinite investigation and it could take anywhere from 1 day to 1 year to resolve and my funds are not available, even after closing my account and stating I would receive my funds within 7-10 business days. They are violating customer agreement and their promise to return balance within 7-10 business days, violating EFTA regulation E by having an ongoing indefinite investigation that was finalized and closed weeks ago, being unfair and deceptive by lying to me stating my account will not be closed so they may put a hold on my funds and not allowing full use of my funds creating undue hardship. They are acting in bad faith not providing any written documentation and illegally investigating behind-the-scenes without any communication or cause. I also have videos of my entire interaction at the branch location showing the unfair and deceptive practices, however due to file size I am unable to upload to the CFPB portal.

They state that 1 credit card is under my name and the last time they attempted to use it, the credit card company declined the transaction due to non payment. They used about {$850.00} in transaction and the transactions were made in XXXX, Nevada. The credit card was activated in XXXX and the mailing address showing is my address. Per Credit card company Card was used in XXXX nevada at the following locations : NV XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX gas station XXXX {$7.00} XXXX XXXX 2nd transaction on XXXX I received an alert from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that a credit card has been opened under my name- I did not make the inquiry or use this card. This is the second fraudulent card that has been opened under my name. I have not contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXX company this morning to report the card as FRAUD as i just received the alert. My My Mail has been missing and new credit cards are being opened and used under my name. Someone also stole money from me by using my checking account and routing number at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am afraid this individual will continue to open fraudulent credit cards under my name. The most recent one i received was this morning.
