I have given documentation and spoke to them and informed them that im not only a Identity Theft victim but a victim of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Capital One has taken no consideration into my circumstances, nor do they care in anyway about there customers. They are still reporting a debt that is not mine to credit reporting agency 's, and ignoring all laws put in place by the government and FRCA that were put in place to protect survivors of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They have refused to do anything about the fraudulent debt. I am now a single mother who is trying to move forward with my XXXX children in light of what happened to me in the past. They do not care these issues impacting women and victim 's of XXXX XXXX

I paid off the vehicle and have the certificate of tittle in my possession proving the vehicle is paid off. I demand complete removal of the account as a charge off and reflect proper paid off comment in full. this has affected greatly my consumer reports and life.

Consumer Complaint: My payment on the capital one credit card was made on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX the money left my checking account. On XX/XX/XXXX the payment was still not posted although they indicated my balance on my account had been reduced and they confirmed they had received the funds. I was told that Capital One " holds funds '' and my credit would not be back to the full amount until XX/XX/XXXX. That is improper use of my funds, results in credit fraud by Capital One and hurts the merchants who have promoted the cards ( in this case Wal Mart ). This is an unfair practice and is really a way for Capital one to use my funds for their gain, while advertising they are a credit entity.

Consumer Complaint: I have a Capital One credit card and they introduced a new feature- Capital One XXXX- where you can get rewards for shopping at a variety of different stores. I made one purchase and spent extra because there was an opportunity for rewards from Capital One XXXX. This was my first purchase using Capital One XXXX and the transaction was on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email that said that my account was suspended. There was no information as to why, they only linked the terms of service. I read through the terms of service and did not violate any of the terms. I have subsequently tried to re-read the terms of service but the page no longer works. I tried calling and they said I had to email for help because they couldn't accessing anything over the phone. I emailed and the response I got was : " Thanks for contacting Capital One XXXX! We regret to inform you that your Capital One XXXX account has been suspended. We reserve the right to suspend your Capital One XXXX account and services at any time for any reason not prohibited by law. Additional information on our policies and practices can be found in our Terms of Service. Please see our instructions for how to uninstall Capital One XXXX on your specific browser type. We appreciate your understanding. Because my account is suspended I don't have access to the rewards I collected from that purchase, and the subsequent purchases I thought I was making and getting rewards from, didn't count because my account had already been suspended. When I made those secondary purchases, there was no indication that my account had been suspended. It appeared as if I was still getting the rewards. It wasn't until I searched in my email for my rewards that I saw my account was suspended. Without them giving me any reason to suspend my account, I believe their business practices are fraudulent. I researched and saw that there are a number of others who have had a similar experience with this service.
