Consumer Complaint: My Walmart charge card keeps posting charges then uses these same charges as a pending hold as well. So my card shows XXXX charges. XXXX that has completed & XXXX that is pending in the same amount. They refuse to release the hold on the day the charge was completed & hold the amount as a pending hold for XXXX business days. They are also saying I have no credit limit left when the balance shows there is credit available.

I have sent a total of six previous letters to your company, all via certified mail. Please find the attached receipts for the certified mail with the following tracking numbers : XXXX. These receipts confirm the delivery of my requests for the removal of inaccurate information from my credit file. I would like to draw your attention to 15 U.S. Code 1681c2, which states that it is a crime to threaten a lawsuit with no intention of pursuing it. Rest assured, my intention is sincere, and I am prepared to take legal action if necessary. Despite my previous efforts, your company has failed to conduct a proper investigation into the inaccuracies on my credit report, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. My previous letters clearly outlined the reasons for my dispute, and these concerns are far from frivolous. This final request serves as a last opportunity for your company to rectify this matter. I expect a thorough investigation into the accounts in question, and I request that you provide me with documented proof of this investigation. Failure to comply will leave me with no choice but to file a civil suit in my county for damages. I take the accuracy of my credit report seriously, and the lack of professionalism and assistance from your company has been deeply disappointing. Consumer Complaint: I opened a checking and savings account with capital one in XXXX I funded the account on XX/XX/XXXX with a cashiers check for the amount of {$6900.00}. I was given a receipt of my available balance dates and an email to confirm the receipt. I still have no money in my account to this day XXXX XXXX XXXX I have been blocked from calling customer service as well. I am only allowed to leave a voicemail. I have left 2-3 and have yet to receive a call back. The funds have been verified and released and I still have nothing. This is a personal attack on my personal and a criminal offense. My consumer rights have been violated tremendously. I was told via a female supervisor on a recorded line XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX inside the XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX ; That my account was CLOSED and I would be issued a check of my funds to the address on file. I was then transferred to speak with an XXXXXXXX XXXX on the same recorded line who was supposed to be her superior. He lied to my continuously. I had to demand he call the other bank on a 3 way connected call due to his consistent lying. I was able to catch him in several lies at that time. As the beneficiary of this account I have demanded my funds several times. This being my first time in writing and I am asking for help at the same time. I called the FDIC & Capital one Headquaters but have received no help thus far. Due to my frustration and the suspicious environment I wasn't able to gather any representatives name I spoke with but I was able to record the time frame and date of the said recorded call. I have been asked bias questions about my cashiers check that have nothing to do with the verification of the funds. The check I deposited had a number on it to call to get the check verified but capital one refused to call the number several times. They stated it wasn't policy. asked for that in writing and they refused that as well. How can you not give me your policy in writing? Or direct me to where I can find this factual information. I want my all of my checking and savings account closed on both the private and public side and I want to be provide proof of such request. Since then I have been keeping a constant log of whom I been speaking with and I also have physical recordings of our conversations and the lies being told. I was told they spoke with the lady doing the actual investigation and she refused to lift to restriction from my account even though I am the SURETY/SUBROGEE/BENEFICIARY to this account. My debit card doesnt work but I can make deposits into my account with no problem. I contacted the CONTROLLER OF CURRENCY as well! Capital One bank is claiming to be doing an investigation to insecure the funds will not be reversed but they have provided no proof and I have proof from the issuer of the cashiers check deposited that the funds are good and they have been deposited. Yet I have no access due to bias reasons.

They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it. More so they didn't follow the proper 5 step validation procedure which make this unfair practices. According to the FDCPA I'm entitled to XXXX dollars per violation and clearly they violated my rights.

Consumer Complaint: Someone hacked my account yesterday XX/XX/26 at XXXX pm est and bought a {$2700.00} couch. The thieves are trying to send the couch to my home address. I immediately called Kohls to report the fraud and cancel my card. Because the order is in fulfillment, they state they can not cancel the order or refund the money today. Instead if I receive the couch, just return it or call us to pick it up. A XXXX pound ; XXXX foot couch! And then somehow get it returned back to them. The supervisor wouldnt even talk to me after being on the phone With 3 departments for 45 min. Utterly ridiculous and unacceptable.

I spoke with multiple representatives who stated that the account was 90 days overdue and suspended and I only need to make 2 payments to bring my account current. I received a notice that that said make a payment before closure. I never received a notice stating that the account was closed. The representative I spoke to in XXXX never stated the account was closed and that I had to call back to make this month payment. I requested that the account be re-instated because the creditor was providing misleading and false information. I have been trying to get my accounts current.

Consumer Complaint: I have had a checking account with Capital One for several years. I have used their XXXX XXXX service without an issue until this past XXXX and XXXX. This past XXXX I noticed that my gas bill had not been credited for the XXXX and XXXX payments ( {$110.00} and & XXXX ) although Capital One had debited my account. I called Capital One to find out what had happened to the gas company payments. They had assured me the payments were made electronically. I then called the Department of Public Utilities ( DPU ) who claims they have never received electronic payments from Capital One or their processor XXXX. They received paper checks and if I can provide the front and back of those checks the issue would be resolved. Capital One continues to send a report but no copies of the check. I need someone to help me get to the bottom of this. I feel that I had contacted with Capital One to make these payments and PROVE THEY WHERE RECEIVED.
