( Please see contract. ) XXXX XXXX XXXX wants to charge me for my tag {$290.00} but, I stated that I was using my own and to do need for transfer. THE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PROBIDED BY XXXX XXXX ON YOUR INBOX. WHERE IN THIS CONTRAT SAID THAT THE VEHICLE WAS {$31000.00} WITH XXXX XXXX DOWNPAYMENT. THAT IS INCOREECT. XXXX XXXX Finance manager XXXX XXXX overcharged me WITH hiding fees without disclosing anything XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX charged me with predelivery fees with an amount of {$980.00}. XXXX XXXX charged me with XXXX XXXX Destination and Handling {$990.00} in a used vehicle. XXXX XXXX charged me for inspecting the vehicle and adjusting with an amount of XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted the dealer to go over the contract and make some adjustment due to that the {$4000.00} was not adjust onto the original price for the vehicle {$26000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX XXXX more than twice ; he stated that he will made the adjustment. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted and Spoke with the XXXX XXXX owners and XXXX XXXX XXXX he said that he would investigate. On XXXX the XXXX, I contacted the dealer again and spoke with manager XXXX, he stated that the owner was not available and he was not aware of those charges. They charged me what? Consumer Complaint: I opened an account with Capital on on XX/XX/XXXX as of today XX/XX/XXXX I have not received my debit card due to an error on their part. I was fine with this situation initially. I was using XXXX and online banking as needed to transfer money to my XXXX XXXX XXXX account and back to pay for bills etc. today Capital One decided after I transferred my remaining balance into my checking account with them that they would lock out my XXXX access and Online Banking access. Essentially leaving my money in accessible my only option according to them is a transfer which according to them will take 3-5 businesses days. This defies common sense. It is their fault I am having to do everything through online banking to begin with because they didnt mail my card in a reasonable time frame so now I am expected to pay what will Amount to XXXX of dollars in late fees between all my bills because they chose to lock access to my account arbitrarily because of too many logins it is their own system that requires so many logins its not like I like typing my password 30 times a day. This is a ridiculous policy which apparently they will implement but not a single employee within capital one has the ability to override even though the agree it is ridiculous. They you throw in the idea that they will gladly accept a wire transfer but my account is too new to allow a wire transfer to go out. Absolutely outrageous.

Consumer Complaint: I have an REI Credit Card, it used to be issued by XXXX XXXX, but was switched over to Capital One. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a payment to pay off the balance I had of {$130.00} on the credit card. It did go through but then unfortunately on XX/XX/XXXX, this payment was returned. My account with XXXX XXXX was shut down shortly after, so I did not know that this payment was returned, nor was I informed of this. When I finally received my Capital One card on XX/XX/XXXX, and was able to activate it and log in, they showed me as having a late payment for the {$130.00}, and also some accrued late payment fees. At no point during this time did XXXX XXXX or Capital one reach out to me to let me know I had an outstanding balance, so I believed my account to be in good standing. I also could not log into either bank during this transition, so I had no reason to believe any of this was going on. I paid off the amount, and also explained the situation to Capital one, and got the late fees removed. Unfortunately, Capital One also submitted a late payment to my credit report. This dropped my score by nearly XXXX points. Since then I have dealt with customer service for credit disputes at both banks ( XXXX XXXX, who claims they can no longer look up my account number or any of my info with them, and Capital one, who claims the late payment is valid as they inherited the card with the outstanding amount on it ). I disputed this with the credit bureaus with no luck and was told I needed to take it up with capital one. I submitted a written dispute to capital one on XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted a XXXX written dispute to Capital one on XX/XX/XXXX. I then submitted a written dispute to XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. All of these came back denied. XXXX XXXX still will not provide me my account number or any information about this incident. I started a dispute with the credit dispute company XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. They have submitted XXXX disputes with the credit bureaus that both were unsuccessful. I still believe this to be an error that was not my fault. I believe XXXX XXXX originally Made the error by not accepting the payment provided ( and not notifying me of this ). Capital one then inherited a card with an outstanding amount and made the report to the credit Bureaus.
