After learning this I contacted the company and on more than one occasion was assured it would be corrected. Apparently they had misapplied a payment but the information they reported was inaccurate. A supervisor agreed to remove all delinquencies. The account was closed. To date they have not removed these delinquencies. My account has always been paid on time.

Consumer Complaint: I honestly do not see how this company is still up and running I paid this company off early regardless of the fact that they should have marked this account closed a long time ago when I showed them the contract wasn't fulfilled... I still paid it off through my attorney cause the reputation of the company lies. I sent in proof of payment over and over but they still act like they don't know what is going on..my Attorney and I was told they would defer the payments for that month until the payments were received they sent an email saying congratulation paid in full then turned around sent a bill with me owing more then I paid off its crazy. and B4 u ask yes I did send the email to them as well They said we would get back to never did but guess what I got two bills in the mail and one email saying I need to pay them again ..they added interest and more money to a bill which is paid in full and did I mention this case was closed to begin with yes it's a closed account cause i reported not getting full service of what I paid 4... SO NOW I WAIT AS THEY SAID TO DO SENT INFO OVER 5X IM DONE GIVING THEM THE SAME INFO AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE.. THIS COMPANY HAS SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME THING WHY R THEY STILL UP AND RUNNING

Consumer Complaint: I was very ill when I was XXXX, I had to have XXXX that put me out of work for almost a year. I could not pay for the credit card but tried to discuss that with the bank, I was told there was nothing they could do and they had already placed it in collection. I was told that I could settle for a lower amount than I initially owed and that upon paying my debt would be erased from my credit history ( the main reason I paid it off ). I noticed recently that nothing was ever removed from my credit report like the representative told me it would be. I spent months checking thinking maybe it takes a while but over 1 year later still nothing. I was lied to, they just wanted to take my money, and they overcharged me for my debt.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2023 I began receiving notices that said I was being sent a Comenity Bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX card. I didn't respond in any way, because I knew I did not apply for any credit line or card with Comenity or XXXX XXXX. Yesterday I received an actual credit card with a notice that I have a {$3300.00} line of credit. I visited the websites linked with the information and wrote refusals/complaints in at least XXXX of the response areas at those pages, including help chats that responded with totally unconnected items such as trouble with billings. I did not go so far as to " register '' with the account, fearing that would be agreeing to the credit line. I want to refuse to accept the card and credit line and have all record of this infringement removed from any of my credit reports.
