Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. This account is inaccurately reporting. Their intentional and willful furnishing of inaccurate information is a violation of FCRA Section 623 and according to FCRA Section 611. I have done many attempts to reach out to COMENITYBANK/VICTORIA, but they failed to give me any results or feedbacks about this concern. Please investigate and delete it from my personal credit file. Thank you.

I'm really satisfied that Bureaus efficiently pleased the principles of the Fair Credit Reporting Act in completing their investigation. The Bureaus are reporting inaccurate information on COMENITYCB/FOREVER21. Per FCRA, reporting must be 100 % accurate or the information must be deleted.

The XXXX and XXXX Credit Bureaus are reporting inaccurate information on CB/LNBRYANT ; this is in violation of the FDICs Uniform Credit Retail Credit Classification and Account Management Policy. Per FCRA, reporting must be 100 % accurate or the information must be deleted. Evaluate this reporting by making a revision of the information provided. Modify and perform any corrections or withdraw this from my personal file.

Consumer Complaint: Paid card off in XX/XX/2021 as I do every month since opening card. Didnt use card in XXXX come XXXX receive a bill for {$74.00} for late fee and finance charges when there was a {$0.00} balance. Called tried to talk to the rude customer service girl got to the point I just closed account. She said I had no choice but to pay. I paid the {$74.00} and now Im XXXX a month later I receive another bill for {$42.00}. Card was paid off and account closed. Called again and yet another rider customer service girl who said the same thing pay it there is nothing they can do. I am not going to fall for that again they are financially XXXX XXXX and if I keep just paying on a closed and paid off account they will continue to send a bill with some excuse every month. Enough.
