Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 credit XXXX collection ( XXXX ) was removed from XXXX and has now been placed back on my account. Ive disputed the account explaining the account was not mines and was not in my name. Ive reached out to XXXX, credit XXXX collection XXXX and the credit bureaus to have information removed/corrected. However the collection account is still reporting negatively. XXXX XXXX is also reporting negatively on XXXX as this account is not mines it should be deleted from report. Collection was removed from XXXX XX/XX/2021. The account is not in my name and doesnt belongs to me. Also l will like to file complaint against Victoria secret /comenity bank for reporting differently on different account and reporting inaccurate information. ( LATE PAYMENTS ) Comenity/Victoria Secret is reporting positively with XXXX % on time payment on equifax but reporting negative on XXXX and XXXX. Contacted them to have information corrected, and to report positively on XXXX and XXXX as well, account is still reporting negatively on XXXX accounts ( XXXX and XXXX ) and positive on XXXX. The account needs to reflect positively payment reports to all XXXX bureaus. I will like to file complaint with comenity bank/foreve21 account was paid /closed and on time, they are reporting incorrect information and also reporting differently as far as late on each credit report. Please have these late reportings deleted its paid/closed and reporting incorrectly. Ive been getting denied for home-buying due to this negative information reporting on my report, Im a single mother with XXXX kids. My home is molded Ive been trying to move and this has been causing me to be denied please assist.

Consumer Complaint: I had a credit card go into collections. The company handling it is XXXX. They also have several other companies under their umbrella. I reached an agreement to pay less than what is owed. I paid the agreed amount, and they are still refusing to report it as such on my credit report. They are still trying to collect the amount that was suppose to be written off. I have all the correspondence and its over 30 pages, so I can not upload it. But I can send it via fax or USPS. I also have the proof that I paid the amount and that each check cleared the bank. I have bank statements, cancelled checks, as well as receipts from the company acknowledging that they received my payments.

Consumer Complaint: BJs charged an annual membership fee to a Mastercard that is under my social security number without my permission and the card was never activated. Therefore I had no knowledge of the charge. BJs charged late fees to the card and later closed the account for non payment that I did authorized which severely affected my credit score. BJs have since reversed the charges but the negative information is still affecting my credit score. Please remove the negative information from my credit report. Consumer Complaint: I started repairing my credit, and had 2 negative items removed from my XXXX report and 2 days later my credit limit was reduced. And they raised the late fee, although my account has never been late. I have been asking for an increase for over a year. I have excellent payment history and held the Pink Gold status with my card. They have caused damage to my credit report for absolutely no reason. I wasnt late I pay before the due date in most cases. And for this company to cause malicious damage to my credit report is unacceptable.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX uses a company called Comenity to run their store cards. Comenity 's online payment portal has been down since XX/XX/2021. It does appear to be working as of XX/XX/2021. When you call to make a payment Comenity charges a fee for doing so. They have refused to waive late fees even though their website has not been functioning for months. Not all of us want to pay to make a payment by phone, or wait at a store or on the phone to process the payment. Their {$35.00} dollar late fee is excessive given that they have a broken payment system.

I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report and I do not believe I was late on the dates they are reporting.
