Consumer Complaint: In XXXX, 2016 I received a credit card statement from XXXX. I never opened a credit card with this store and tried to call the number on the statement. It was an automated system and I could never reach a person. I also wrote to the company to explain that this was not my account. I continued to receive statements and filed a police report for fraud. I also requested a copy of the original application for this credit card ( since I did not apply for it ) but I never received it.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. I have been patiently waiting on their response about the written requests I sent. However, any modes of response or coordination were not taken on their end. They have not complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i within the time allowed by law and continued reporting as unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.
