Consumer Complaint: This is XXXX XXXX, who is submitting this CFPB complaint myself, and to inform you that there is no third party involved in the process. Time has already passed but up until now, I havent heard any kind of response from the 3 Credit Bureaus which made me decide to seek assistance from you. They have shown negligence and an act of refusal of complying with my request. I know for a fact that they are to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act law, to provide proof, documents, and give definite and accurate responses, within the given statutory time. However, if they failed to do so, they are obliged to remove the items which are erroneous and unverified. Their unfavorable and unacceptable actions have been hurting my credit scores immensely. I have been patiently waiting on their response to the written requests I sent. However, any modes of response or coordination were not taken on their end. They have not complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i within the time allowed by law and continued reporting as unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as wilful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes. Please provide proof that the bureau 's description belongs on my report, otherwise change to PAID immediately.

Despite the multiple previous written requests, the unverified accounts listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. The XXXX Credit Bureaus have failed to comply with air Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time set forth by law and continued reporting of unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes. These statuses are damaging to my report, which would not be happening if the bureaus are investigated properly before posting derogatory information.

Consumer Complaint: I worked directly with Comenity Capital Bank to set up autopay to complete and comply with the terms offered to take advantage of the promotional deal that was to save additional finance charges This payment schedule was set up in XX/XX/2021 for the amount of {$170.00} to be applied every month on the XXXX of each month to satisfy the loan by XX/XX/XXXX as my documents will show these payments were made by autopay as setup except on XX/XX/XXXX - Comenity Capital Bank on XX/XX/XXXX instead charged a {$27.00} late fee then on XX/XX/XXXX charged {$620.00} XXXX owed {$160.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and I paid {$160.00} on XX/XX/XXXX after being contacted by Comenity Capital Bank The bank has had no interest in explaining why they failed to complete the agreed upon autopay nor fix this error - I was simply told that there was nothing I nor they could do to address these changes I consider the loan paid in good faith and I am asking for your review and assistance in addressing this abuse and request that Comenity Capital Bank close this account in Good standing and report this to all credit reporting agencies
