Consumer Complaint: I was contacted on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX regarding a debt Victoria Secret said I owed. The debt had been paid on in either late XXXX or early XXXX. They said they would dispute the balance. Since they were calling my workline I asked them not call it again and use only my cell phone. They contacted me again today on work number and then attempted to collect the bill. I reiterated that the bill had been paid and why they were calling this number. The rep ( XXXX ) stated that she had no record of being told not to call my work phone and proceeded to try and collect the debt. I asked to with her manager ( XXXX ) who said they would put the note on their not call this number again and put the debt back in dispute. They still continue to contact me over a non-owed debt.

Consumer Complaint: Comenity bank has harassased me with multiple calls of a debt that is not mine. I was a victim of identity fraud and Im guessing this account was apart of my identity stolen. I saw this debt on my credit report and reported it as debt not mine. After months of calls from come its bank I answered on XX/XX/XXXX. The collection officer did not identify who she was. I told her I have no recollection of this debt, and that I would like for her to only community with me through mail services from now on. She continued to harass me and question why I didnt report it as fraud when I did in fact tell them it was fraud. She threaten that I will be taken to court, etc and was very rude.

Consumer Complaint: I had Victoria secret credit card, i paid entire balance on my card, about two months latter I received alert from credit monitoring that I was delinquent on this credit card. when looked I saw there was two separate finance charges. the charges was posted 25 days after my account balance was {$0.00}. i have reason to believe either it was done in error or simply a fraudulent charge by the creditor to get extra money out of me. it started with {$2.00} cent finance charge and then same day there was another finance charge of {$3.00}, cent on credit card that had {$0.00} balance,. and then i was charged {$5.00} late fee on the interest charge. then there was interest charge, and then another late fee of {$13.00} then another interest charge of {$2.00} even I thought it was not right but I still paid it to avoid any issues.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I sent an electronic check payment from my bank to COMENITY - XXXX Rewards XXXX. The bank stated that the payment was sent on time. The payment is not due until XX/XX/2022. On the next bill, I received a late payment from XXXX. They did not process the payment until XX/XX/2022. I called XXXX and explained the situation. XXXX stated that they can not waive the fee since I closed the account. Since I paid the bill on time, I should not have to pay the late fee. XXXX stated that they can not do anything about it and if I don't pay the late fee, I will get another late fee on the next bill. The late fee is {$29.00}. It's a lot of work to try to clear this up. However, on principle, I hate paying it since they may do this to a lot of people.
