Consumer Complaint: I recently disputes this fraudulent account on my credit report and sent in my FTC Identity Theft Affidavit as well as a police report and this company failed to verify and remove this account from my credit reports. I want them to REMOVE these accounts immediately due to them not belonging to me. They can not show me a I.D . Or signature that belongs to me yet they are sending this back to the credit bureaus as verified.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from XXXX XXXX credit Card about an account number being changed. It stated all payments must include a new number. They would withdraw payments from my account after XX/XX/2022 I have never had an account with XXXX XXXX credit card. When I called the number XXXX at first I only got a recording telling me if I got a letter regarding changes in the account that everything had been taking care of Them I called again I got a representative go tried to get tried to get more personal information from me. I refused and told them this was fraudulent activity and I was reporting this company and she hung up.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I applied in person for a XXXX XXXX credit card ( through comenity bank ). I knew I had a freeze on XXXX and asked the girl if they pulled through them as I still hadnt lifted the freeze. She did not know and proceed with the application. She stated I would receive a letter in the mail. I assumed that meant a decline or it was affected by credit freeze, since I know that if it was Approved I would have been notified right there. I waited 5 days for the freeze to be officially lifted. I received no notification from the bureau that an inquiry had been made, so I reapplied online XX/XX/XXXX. It said I would receive a letter in the mail. When I got the letter XX/XX/XXXX in the mail it said that they could " not process any additional applications received within 30 days of a previous application ''. I called Comenity Bank the week of XX/XX/XXXX and the gentleman confirmed they could not review the request within 30 days and also stated the application made XXXX in person was incomplete. My bureau does not show an inquiry made XXXX since the freeze was active. I never received any adverse action for a declination. My credit was pulled XX/XX/XXXX. I do not believe there should be a hard inquiry made if they cant accept an application. I believe that an adverse action should have been provided, or no credit hit. My score is high. There are 0 delinquencies. There is no reason to decline. The first application was not only incomplete per Comenity, but there was no credit pull therefore its not a complete application. I feel this is a violation of credit laws.

Consumer Complaint: On the XXXX of XX/XX/2022, i deposited {$100000.00} into my Comenity Direct now recently branded as Bread XXXX in order to benefit from their high APY of about 1 %. On XXXX of XX/XX/2022 my Comenity Direct was restricted. I called their customer service on the XXXX of XXXX and i was transferred to the Account XXXX XXXX and i was told to wait to hear from them. I have been calling every 2 weeks for the past 2 months and all they keep telling me is to wait for the back office and they don't know how long it would take. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX woman and i am down with a XXXX. I put all my life savings into Comenity Direct in order to benefit from their high APY. As a result of Comenity Direct restricting my account and denying me access to my money my life has been unbearable for the past 2 months from sleepless nights and skipping on buying my XXXX medication because i just cant afford it. It is unfair how i am being treated by Comenity Direct.
