Consumer Complaint: My elderly mother in law was contacted three times by reps from Comenity Bank. One rep by the name of XXXX recently left a voicemail stating what company she was from and revealed my personal financial information to this relative. I recently made a payment towards the debt on XX/XX/XXXX and the phone call to the third party was made this week, after I had made the payment. I know it's against the Fair Debt Reporting Act to reveal information like this to a third party, and this particular relative 's name and phone number is not on any of my records, so I do not know how they found her info or why they are contacting third parties about this. I have also filed numerous complaints against this company in the past and they responded saying they would no longer contact me or my family, so they are once again in violation. I have proof of their statements. Perhaps they are retaliating against me for the complaints, or not giving their customer service reps the message to leave my family alone?

Consumer Complaint: I paid of my balance in full prior to the close of my billing cycle. Per the terms of the credit card agreement there is no fee for balances paid in full. I was charged 2 finance charges while my balance was a credit of {$260.00}. My balance at the close of my billing cycle was less than XXXX dollars. I was charged two finance charges. One for {$16.00} and one for {$4.00}. When I called to have the mistake corrected they said they didn't have the mechanism for removing the finance charge. I spoke to 3 operators including supervisor XXXX XXXX. I was told that the charges were valid despite the XXXX balance which is clearly illogical and impossible. Even XXXX XXXX interest on XXXX is XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern : I would appreciate your assistance in investigating this manner within the next 30 days. As required by the FCRA, if you fail to do so all aforementioned information/disputed items must be deleted from report. Account CCB/ XXXX account number XXXX your company has failed to present any date on the account but yet your company is reporting that the account is in collection/ charge off debt purchased by another lender. There seems to be some discrepancy in the last active XXXX reports it on XX/XX/XXXX but XXXX is reporting the last date of activity was XX/XX/XXXX. Which is confusing because your also reporting the last date of payment was in XX/XX/XXXX on an account that has been open since XXXX. I've tried to reach out the the creditor but as of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX filed for XXXX XXXX bankruptcy. To resolve this issue. If you do not initiate an investigation regarding the mater under the fair credit reporting act I will have to take legal action to protect my credit rating which I'm owed up to XXXX dollars.
