I was told this was taken care of so I cut up the card. I have continued to be billed for various bogus charges, late fees, etc., and have been unable to get anything done despite massive effort over a long period of time.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, i fell victim to a multilayered scam operation orchestrated by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( a fake company ), with the design, development, manufacture, promoting, marketing, distribution, labelling and/ or sale of illegal and outright fraudulent " investment services '' all of which aim at contributing to the goal of robbing and defrauding clients, through a predetermined cycle of client losses to gains. Money was transferred from my account via credit card and through an intermediary named XXXX XXXX in the total amount of {$500.00} utilizing the Comenity Capital Bank. XXXX XXXX XXXX a fake company cleverly orchestrated a prevalent scheme of deception to lead people to invest significant sums while knowing that those would be investors would ultimately lose the money that they had entrusted to it. The overall purposes of the scheme in other words was to target and defraud people who are often in experienced and nave, in pursuance of illicit wealth through various fraudulent representations.

For some reason, I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report, I called COMENITY BANK VICTORIA SECRET ( CB/VICSCRT ) and they said their system mistakenly put me on paperless billing, which I did not request, and it caused my 30 day late. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record. I tried contacting XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and COMENITY BANK VICTORIA SECRET ( CB/VICSCRT ) with no successful resolution. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX reporting me 30 days late in XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. There was an error on their part. I was never 30 days late twice.

Consumer Complaint: Comenity company has bought out all my store cards XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I originally applied for the card with the store. However, Comenity bought out all my accounts and now I make my payments to Comenity. Now, Comenity is sabotaging my credit score and credit report. They decided to drop all credit lines since I had a deregotory mark on my credit report ( I had a XXXX XXXX bill placed in Collections ). However, I have made my payments on time and was building my credit. We are trying to purchase a home and now our dreams have been destroyed by this company. Their customer service is over seas and they are unable to assist. A company should not have a monopoly on all credit cards and then have the ability to drop all my credit lines.

I was incorrectly charged an amount of {$150.00} due on XX/XX/XXXX and sent them correct amount of XXXX which they received on XX/XX/XXXX and that check was cashed. I checked on my statments on line and the XXXX statement was missing and my payment of {$100.00} was not shown as made, yet my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX statement showed that the payment made to Commenity cleared. I have been charged XXXX late fees of {$30.00}, XXXX of {$40.00} and a return check fee of {$30.00}. I have excellent credit and have never been in this situation before. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I tried to sent a secure message which is shown on Comenity 's site and after completing the message and attaching the attachments a message said that the attachments would not attach but I could send the message without the attachements. It could not be sent. I did send a letter via snail mail on XX/XX/XXXX as per their request showing the information they requested and when I called on XX/XX/XXXX, they said they did not receive my correspondence. They do not have email or fax only regular mail. I have paid them everything I owe including my last payment of {$96.00}. the only thing outstanding are the fees and interest totaling {$100.00} which is due XX/XX/XXXX. Please advise what to do.

Consumer Complaint: Hi I was unable to use my Victoria Secret credit Card on XXXX XXXX. I was unaware that it was closed. I was embarrassed as I tried to make a purchase and it declined three times. I then called company to find out and they said it was closed on XX/XX/XXXX. I explained to them that I did not receive a letter or any type of message explaining reason. Theyre answer was they sent it in the mail. I never gotten a letter because I have paperless billing also I never received anything from message center as well. I asked why and they couldnt give me an exact answer. I have been with them since XXXX. I paid on time and just paid them off in XXXX of this year. I am very disappointed that my account has been closed and I did not give Permission to close my account. I have this account for my daughters. I cant understand why this has happened. There is no recitation on me asking to close my account. I have had this account for a long time. I had issues with them before lowering my account and making my credit score drop down. I had to call and inquire about this as well. I dont appreciate it and will not tolerate this type of association with my accounts. I would like this resolved and put into place as I would like my account reopened. This is inconveniencing me as well. Also my daughter is an authorized user. What if she would have gone to make a purchase and was not aware that account was closed. It doesnt make since to pay off a store credit card in beginning of this year and have it closed two months letter without warning. I believe Victoria Secret should at least send out an email or message stating why or telling you to use your card. They send everything else through messages. Best regards
