Consumer Complaint: Since XX/XX/2002 I have been attempting to get a payment made to my XXXX XXXX XXXX card with Cometity Bank. Because of a missed payment ( my fault ) there phone payment, web site, easy payment and payment center send me to or tell me to use the phone in. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. HAVE SPENT HOURS OVER THE LAST WEEKS TRYING TO GET THROUGH. No one answers phone XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I can't even get in to close the account. Good luck getting a hold of them.

I recently verified my latest credit report and I noticed that this account is reporting fruadulently on my credit report. I have been a victim of Identity Theft, my information was stolen and used to open this account without my permission or knowledge. Consumer Complaint: I processed a refund on XX/XX/22 and I never received the refund. I have reached out to the store and the credit card company. I have yet to have this issue resolved. I have provided the details of the receipt. I am being told that it was processed on the wrong card by the company and that it would take XXXX days to investigate. I am not sure as to why it was placed on the wrong card and as to why it would take XXXX days for an error made by the store? I was not aware that the company processed my refund to a different account. Not sure what happened but I need to have my money added back yo my card or a check to be issued to me in XXXX hours

Consumer Complaint: The companies involved issued my wife credit cards a decade ago or simply created these debts illegally. It is so long ago I have no idea if the amounts are correct. These were never my debts. My wife has paid off these cards years ago but the company is question created fake debts several years ago and I suspect they bought equally fake debts from another dishonest company. In this case not only did they assign me debts that were paid off that were never mine but they illegally reset the starting date for the debt to be within the last couple of years which is impossible.
