Consumer Complaint: I was out of town when the payment was due, and while trying to call I got the message there was a problem at the time, and try to call back later. While calling later, I got the same message. Therefore, I tried using my cell phone to pay the bill and since I was out of town, I did not have my login information, thus taking a long time to login. At XXXX central standard time I finally got through to make the payment. The credit card company considered that late, because they said it had to be made by Eastern standard time. Thus it rolled over to the next day receiving a LATE fee of {$29.00}. The credit account is closed because the store closed. Because I try to do the right thing, I continued to make all payments on time. While explaining this to a representative, she indicated there was no chance of a one time waiver, even with my making payments on time. The company and bank is ComenityXXXX XXXX XXXX

According to 15 U.S. Code 1692a ( 3 ) 3.This letter is in pursuing 15 U.S. Code 1692c ( c ) Ceasing communication 4.I am the consumer mentioned in 15 U.S. code 1692a ( 3 ) You are COMENITY BANK/GOODYS the debt collector 15 U.S. Code1692a ( 5 ) I am invoking specified remedies under use 15 U.S. code 1692c ( c ) ( 2 ) as a creditor I am demanding you to terminate all farther efforts pursing to 15 U.S. Code 1692c ( c ) ( 1 ) 5.I am the executor under the 15 U.S. Code 1692c ( d ) pursing to 15 U.S. Code 1692d A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. Consumer Complaint: I have sent 3 secure msgs and called Comenity Bank yesterday ( XXXX ) about the XXXX $ charge and they refuse to refund it because they say it's been paid. I've never heard of such a thing. I had problems making payments because of their system. I have also informed XXXX & XXXX regarding the service their bank of choice is giving. I may decide just to cease using the card because of the hassle of using it.

Consumer Complaint: Commenity bank has NOT reported any of my payments in the last 2 months! It shows a balance of {$3300.00} when it is actually {$500.00}! this is affecting my credit score drastically and we are trying to buy a car. Because they have not reported ANY of my payments which total to almost {$2800.00} my credit score is lower than it should be preventing us from buying car!!!
