Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX several fraudulent charges appeared on my card ending with # XXXX. I was issued a new card with a new account number ending in # XXXX. I made several charges on my old card for a XXXX XXXX which I had to cancel. XXXX refunded the money on XX/XX/2022 to the account ending in # XXXX in the total amount of {$13000.00}. We also had XXXX refunds from XXXX in the amounts of {$4.00} each, totaling {$9.00}. I also made a payment on my balance due for {$2900.00}. All these refunds, {$15000.00} total, were credited to my old account ending in # XXXX. I would have assumed that the credit card company would have merged these XXXX accounts but they did not. The credit card company was undergoing a system outage/update which made it extremely difficult to contact them via phone, email, even snail mail. I called many times and hung on the queue for extended wait times for Customer Service and was hung upon or disconnected intentionally. I wrote XXXX letters asking to have my money returned to me. On my last XXXX statements, there was a notice that they would send a check in 60 days, then 30 days and on this last statement, there was no check forthcoming. I feel I have been patient long enough since they have had this money since XXXX XXXX. I would like my money returned to me.

We have a paperless account and let them know how important it is that we have immediate access to our past statements. I was denied request. Details on explaination of refusal below. 2. We made a promotional purchase based on a 1.99 % for 36 month offer as a XXXX XXXX. Requested that they correct and give us credit for the over charges on interest, they refused. Details on explaination of refusal below. They are charging 4.99 % which is no where on their site as a valid offering. This account is in XXXX 's name and I ( XXXX ) am an authorized user with credit reporting under my name on this account. I called XXXX to request that they correct the missing ( 3 ) statements as well as the correcting to the offered 1.99 % interest rate from 4.99 % that we did not sign up for. Their response was that they could not speak to me regarding account information ; I did not request information. I was requesting them to make corrections that are required by law. I requested that they transfer me to a Manager who also refused to correct both issues ; as an authorized user who receives credit reporting under my SS # by comenity I have rights to requests mistakes be corrected. I did not ask for increased credit limit or changes to account, I requested that mistakes be corrected. They refused.

Consumer Complaint: I was shopping on XXXX and went to check out. I had already applied the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Upon checkout, there was a promotion that said " Save {$250.00} by signing up for credit card now - Accept '' and I hit accept. I was approved for the card, continued to check out and then it said you could not combine the offer in my cart with the credit card promo savings. I immediately reached out to customer service via chat and phone. Both customer service reps told me that they see this all the time and the website is super misleading and they won't do anything about it because " capitalism at it's finest ''. I was transfered around and not helped. I was told I could cancel the account, but that waould negatively impact my credit score. They poffered me only {$20.00} credit for the misleading website that told me specifcally the amount I would save if I accepted the offer.
