I have now had multiple issues with being charged late fees and interest when the balance is paid in full. Today when I tried to resolve the issue, they customer service representative hung up on me. After doing some research into these practices, it appears a lot of customers have similar issues. XXXX even stated that fees occurred after closing their account. Please stop this practice.

Per 15 USC 6801-6805 I can opt out, especially if I did not have clear disclosure to reporting and 16 CFR 313.7 - Form of opt out notice to consumers ; opt out methods. I also included everything down below in the letter explaining my concerns. You all have violated my privacy and my personal information and must do whats right to the consumer upon request. Consumer Complaint: I have a complaint with this company and would like it reviewed as I feel that they retaliated against me after I filed a complaint. My initial complaint was because of Victoria secret issuing 2 late payments due to their system error and applying a {$2.00} late fee without notifying me. After almost a year they have fixed this issue and in the middle of me filing a consumer complaint they closed my store card causing my credit score to drop XXXX XXXX. Their late payments have already affected me personally and financially now this major drop with my credit score is where I draw the line. I called and asked them why my card was closed they advised me it was due to fraud. I have never placed any fraud alerts on my account I have only frozen my credit score to prevent companies like them for causing unnecessary damage to my credit.
