Consumer Complaint: My attached XXXX report of XX/XX/2022 shows 2 accounts which have inaccurate payment and other data as no data has been reported since XXXX and XX/XX/2022. Both accounts are CLOSED and I have made more than 6 monthly payments on each account after furnished stop reporting to XXXX. Both accounts are inaccurate as furnisher failed to report the accounts as CLOSED by Consumer. One account still is inaccurately reported as XXXX in willful violation of the FCRA. Since my credit report does not reflect at least 12 monthly payments since reporting was abandoned going back to XXXX, I dispute the data in my credit reports. XXXX and furnisher knew the data is incomplete and inaccurate but grossly failed to comply with the FCRA obligations and prohibitions by allowing inaccurate and stale data to remain and failing to mark the accounts as CLOSED By CONSUMER. Once a furnisher stops reporting, there is a presumption of inaccuracy and abandonment of a right to report and every CRA must automatically DELETE stale reporting files. My accounts must be Deleted and in the interim reported as Disputed and Closed by consumer.

Consumer Complaint: For a Comenity Jared store credit card account XXXX I received my statement for the month of XXXX. It states on the statement " WARNING : XXXX XXXX Ending SOON! YOU MUST PAY THE BALANCE {$870.00} OF YOUR PLAN XXXX XXXX XXXX INT XXXX XXXX IN FULL BY XX/XX/XXXX TO AVOID PAYING ACCRUED INTEREST CHARGES '' On XX/XX/XXXX my payment of {$870.00} was posted per an XXXX statement I received from Comenity ( and confirmed via phone call ). I have been receiving statements from Comenity ever since despite paying the balance they provided in XXXX. I have spent a large amount of time on the phone with them, speaking to their representitives in customer service whom I presume are overseas to no avail. I was hung up on after being on hold for about 45 minutes. Upon calling back I was again questioned and had to go over the entire situation again prior to being reconnected to the line where I was previously waiting for a senior account specialist. Upon speaking to the senior account specialist he stated that I was still receiving statements because I did not pay the " minimum payment due '' on my XXXX statement which was in the amount of XXXX. He said he would create a case and submit it, but it would be unlikely to resolve in my favor. I told him I would pay the {$290.00}, but I can not pay any of these supposed " interest charges '' as that was not a part of the promotional plan and was my sole reason for choosing Jared to purchase an engagement ring. It is not made clear on any part of my paper statement that the " minimum balance due '' also needs to be paid. Logic would assume that the {$290.00} is included in the {$870.00}. There should have never been further attempt to collect any " debt '' as the {$870.00} has been paid on time, but I have received statements every month. I unfortunately assumed there was just a delay between promotional departments and their collections department. Every good faith effort by me to take care of this issue has been met with resistance and an attitude of ambivalence and disregard by Comenity staff. Which is why I have resorted to making this report. My case number with Comenity can be provided if necessary.

I contacted the post office and they said I mailed my payment check in plenty of time. Also I was promised by Comenity that I would see my cash back points on my second statement and there was nothing on the statement about my cash back. They have said my payment was late twice.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2022 I paid my Comenity account completely. I did not realize {$2.00} interest fee was placed on my account after paid. This caused multiple late fees. When I caught on in XXXX or XXXX that they were calling me about this account I had already accumulated multiple late fees. I called and the representative stated that they were going to waive these fees. This process took about XXXX XXXX to process and in the meantime they were repotting my account as delinquent. My XXXX XXXX dropped like XXXX points because of this situation. This is how these companies get more money out of customers who have paid their accounts off.

Consumer Complaint: For more than a year my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card has been impossible to access online to make payments. I dont receive any billing notifications and when I went to customer service to set up my online access when there was an internal issue I was not helped at all. Comenity Bank runs XXXX XXXX credit cards and their online access has been a nightmare. I have a few credit cards through Comenity and very similar issues have occurred. I have had a handful of late fees because of the lack of online access and lack of billing statements being sent to me either through mail or email. Ive never made any late payments on any credit card until getting ones run by Comenity. Specifically XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The online issues are still not fixed after more than a year.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I reported fraudulent charges on my BJ 's Mastercard account. I was told I could only go back 30 days even though it happened beyond that time. I was ok with that as long as I could recover some money back. I got a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that the charges were going to be credited to my account in the amount of {$230.00}. I waited until my next month statement to check. Nothing there and I thought possibly that it was just a timing thing. I waited until XXXX, nothing again. I have called Bj 's at least 4 times since requesting an answer as to where my refund is. I have the letter, but no one else seems to see it. Can you please help?

Consumer Complaint: I was told on my statement in bold red letters to pay {$270.00} to avoid interest payment on my promotional account. I paid {$270.00} by the due date. I was then charged interest because I was told I didn't pay {$270.00} plus the minimum payment towards the card. But statement in red letters didn't say to pay {$270.00} plus the minimum payment to avoid interest. It just stated to pay the {$270.00} to avoid interest. They are unwilling to remove the charge. After XX/XX/XXXX the account will be paid in full, except for their fraudulent interest charge of {$120.00}.
