Consumer Complaint: I currently owe XXXX XXXX around {$600.00} for a Victorias Secret Card and {$400.00} for a XXXX XXXX. The debt was created in XXXX of XXXX. I lost my job in XXXX of XXXX. I found a job shortly after, and worked to pay at least the minimum on my accounts. The moment I didnt make a payment for a month ( date unknown ) I would start to get at least 6 to 15 phone calls per day. This would happen if a single payment was missed. I have reached up to 3 or 4 missed payments at a time- as the months increase, so do the amount of calls. I did call the bank in late summer of XXXX, after a phone call was made to my mom demanding for a payment to be made. I never gave my moms phone number as a contact, and had no idea how they got it. While on this phone call, I mentioned how the many phone calls a day were harassment, asked how it was legal to contact my mom, and proceeded to ask about options available to me. The person on the other line said the calls were normal and they contacted my mom because they couldnt get ahold of me. I asked my mom never be contacted because its not her account. However, I had been in contact with them - just not in constant contact. The man on the line only gave me options where a payment could be made, though I said multiple times I couldnt make a payment till I found another job. The phone calls increased after this phone call, despite me making payments when I could. After getting around 15 phone calls at XXXX, I took to XXXX to look up borrower rights. In this search I found out the amount of calls I have received and the call to my mom were very illegal. I then called the bank and demanded the harassment end. They did not talk about it offer me any options to help with my situation or offer any relief, but the phone calls did stop after this conversation. I did receive occasional emails but had no problem with this as I know they need to have some form of contact. At this time, I was paying when I could. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX another phone call was made to my mom. I have the voicemail from this phone call. I immediately called as soon as my mom sent me the information. This time I asked more questions about how they got my mothers contact. The lady on the other end said they had to search for another way to contact me- which means they illegally looked for family members to contact. I never gave permission, at any point, for my mom to be contacted. Again, a conversation about programs or options wasnt made. I havent known how to report this, but an article I read mentioned filing a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Consumer Complaint: My complaint is regarding Comenity Capital Bank 's dysfunctional website and their horrible customer service or lack thereof pertaining to the XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card. I have contacted them several times by telephone and secure messaging in an attempt to resolve the problem without success. The credit card account was converted from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX to Comenity Capital Bank in XXXX of 2022. Since that time I have been trying to redeem my rewards balance of {$20.00} for a direct deposit to my checking account using the online redemption function but it is totally dysfunctional. Since the function is not working I have requested them to send me a paper check and they never responded to that request. I would like to add that I am not the only holder of this particular credit card that has issues with this bank. I have seen complaints posted on an online complaint board website. So, this is not an isolated incident.

Consumer Complaint: I made a payment to my card on XX/XX/XXXX. I got a notice that the company reported me 30 days past due. When I checked my account online it showed the payment made on XX/XX/XXXX and on the same day showed a returned payment. Only one payment was made and it is impossible for it to be returned the same day. This would indicate that the company has not submitted the payment for processing. I called my bank and they indicated that the payment had not been submitted or returned. I tried to call the card company and their phone system disconnected each time. I called 8 times on XX/XX/XXXX to dispute with the company and no matter what choice I made the call would disconnect. I also tried to contact them through their chat function and also received no response. This company is fraudulently reporting incorrect information without the ability to reach anyone.

Consumer Complaint: I have an Ann Taylor Mastercard. I never received my XX/XX/2022 statement ( the card was paid off in XX/XX/2022 ). I received an email in late XXXX alerting me that a payment was due on my balance of {$6200.00}. In XXXX I only charged {$2300.00}. I've called the credit card company ( Comenity ) TWELVE times with no resolution. It seems that my card has been compromised and fraudulent charges were made. The address was also changed on my credit card account- not by me. Since the address was changed, the credit card company is " not able to help me ''. Even though I've changed the address to my current address 4 times. They also will not send a bill so I can make payment and be done with this company. They are claiming I need to provide a driver 's license, social security card and bank statement to access my account or resolve the fraudulent charges, but with each individual I speak to the requirements change OR they state they can not help me to call back tomorrow. I am at my wit 's end and do not know what to do to resolve this. The credit card company is not making this right.

Consumer Complaint: I got a credit card at XXXX XXXXXXXX. I had previously purchased a membership there Using the senior discount for {$25.00}. I had never purchased this membership using this card. This past summer I did not plan to renew the card for a while as I was having major XXXX and would not be going there for sometime. However without my knowledge I was charged {$55.00} For a membership. I called the store and said I had not authorized this purchased and I also called Comenity Bank. I was told by BJs Wholesale that I had to come into the store. The credit card company was rude to me on the phone and refused To cancel it. Finally I was able to go to the store and cancel the membership and the card was credited the {$55.00}. I have since received two bills. Two late fees of {$40.00} And interest for a purchase I never approved. I do not have a membership as if was cancelled. I have contacted the store, corporate office, and bank in XXXX but no response.
