Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX I logged onto Comenity Banks website for my account with them to pay a " mysterious balance '' of {$2.00} due ; when on the previous months statement ( XXXX ) my balance was {$0.00}. I paid it and asked them because of budgetary issues to please close my account, report to the three credit bureaus that the Request to close was by The Consumer and was left in Good Standing. They've done none of which and have since continued to as well as have a Collection Company and themselves call me. Month after month they continue to send me billing statements showing late fees, accruing interest and balance due- I've called them each month disputing and asking how can I Owe Anything the account is Closed i get tge " run around ''. My Credit Score has gone from XXXX to XXXX. I've since written to them on XX/XX/XXXX to the XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I received a reply from Comenity Bank on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX they'd received my complaint and are researching to allow 90 days- my credit score is doomed!! I've more recently wrote to on XX/XX/XXXX my XXXX XXXX XXXX. His office called me today advising me to contact this office. Consumer Complaint: I have received several cards from this same bank. Comenity Capital Bank. I keep calling and they keep giving me random responses. I was told that they did not have a fraud department. In the past four days I have received three separate mailings with cards but different stores. one for XXXX XXXX, XXXX and a XXXX XXXX store. There was a credit card received from XXXX XXXX XXXX. There is another for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX card. I am receiving car loan information. I was told that because it was all of my correct information it was not fraud. I told them that it is not mines. That my address was also changed and that I had already contacted the postal services. They refused to open a fraud case. I called on Saturday XX/XX/23 and spoke with XXXX. On XX/XX/23 I called again and spoke with XXXX. On XX/XX/23 I spoke with XXXX. Then on XX/XX/23 I received another letter for another application. I called the XXXX Postal service because on XX/XX/23 I also received a letter stating that a change of address was also put in for my mail. I made a complaint to the XXXX Postal Service and that was not a great experience. I was told to call my local post office and I could not get anyone because I was told they were too busy on Mondays and told to make a complaint to the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told my mail was sent to the XXXX NY. It was changed for XXXX XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX. This bank opened a credit card account in my name. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX card was sent to me, but never activated. I receiveda letter from XXXX that there was suspected fraud on my account and they asked for all of my personal data. I ignored that letter. I receiveda bill for XXXX $ + in charges the next month. I have called the number for the bank and I am on hold for XXXX hour each time withno ability to talk to anyone. This bank is a scam. Please contact them to resolve this issue. Consumer Complaint: Hello, Today on XX/XX/XXXX my credit score dropped for a balance increase with COMENITYBANK/VICTORIASEC. I have an ongoing dispute with Comenitybank/victoriasec for an amount I was wrongfully charged. The balance has been increasing for missed payments while the dispute is in progress. I was assured that I would not be reported to credit agencies and to not make any payments during the dispute process as the balance should be zeroed out in the end. Consumer Complaint: CC company calls XXXX @ night. Notices calls come on each an every time I use my personal debt card. I believe the company is invading my privacy. The company is violating several laws listed below I have blocked numerous phone numbers from this credit card company. Creditors and debt collectors are not allowed to repeatedly call you throughout the day trying to get you to pay them money. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( " FDCPA '' ) and XXXX Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( " RFDCPA '' ) have very clear rules that state calling multiple times a day is not allowed.

Consumer Complaint: Comenity Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY IN LESS THAN A YEAR. After dealing with payment issues ( not receiving proper monthly statements, etc. ) all summer of 2022, I finally paid off the entire balance of my credit card in XX/XX/2022. Unknowing to me, this company decided to still apply finance charges after the pay off and then also applied late fees on this finance charge. Now the late fees and finance charges are capitalizing on top of each other and increasing. I STILL NEVER RECEIVED STATEMENTS. Now they have reported delinquency on my credit report ... over {$6.00} dollars. This is insane and abusive towards a consumer. If statements were sent properly from the get go in the summer of 2022, I would have never had to deal with this headache... twice now.
