Consumer Complaint: XXXX and identity theft issues which also led to the decrease in credit limited. Evidence was offered after the credit card limit was dropped. Police report, proof of settlement by 3rd party went ignored by Victoria 's Secret and XXXX all bills was being paid thru bank account. Payments stopped after unjustified credit decrease. Victoria 's Secret refuses to communicate on behalf of issues. I closed the account due to unfair treatment. All credit cards was paid out of 2022 tax check. All funds lost due to decrease in credit limits are increasing payments due to credit decreases which was never my fault.

Today I called Commenity Bank/Kay to make my payment and bring my account current. Consumer Complaint: I received notification from third party monitoring that an account was opened with Comenity bank and delinquent. I started the process by calling the company to dispute it, and tell them it was a fraudulent application. They insisted I update my personal info with them so they could reach me after their 90 day investigation period. I have never done business with this bank and you will see that all information is synthetic ID theft. The application and original profile details are fraudulent and will not verify to me XXXX XXXX or XXXX. Please also have Comenity verify fraudulent IP addresses to open the profile and fraudulently apply for credit. Comenity is now saying the information on file matches to me- of course it does- they forced me to update it in XXXX. The original, historic information is false and will not verify to me. I am asking this acct be removed from my credit reports entirely. It has caused a domino affect and other cards are taking adverse action against me when they see this delinquent acct and it is causing financial hardship.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a gardener white credit card and then XXXX hit. I had no money and was unable to make my payments due to the world wide pandemic. This account was supposed to go into a state of pause until we were able to go back to work and the world came back online. I kept in touch with them because we couldn't get unemployment and we were unable to even feed out family, let alone make the payments. This account was supposed to go on hold until the end of XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX, I called to start making my payments again and they told me the account had been sold to a collection agency. I didn't understand - I thought we had an agreement to not hit my credit report negatively and the account was supposed to be on hold. they couldn't give me any more information than that and I was unable to make a payment. I later found out that they transferred to XXXX XXXX management with a TON of fees that were not supposed to be there. I never got a bill. I thought we had an agreed arrangement. I had never had a late with them and I did my due diligence to call and put the account on hold until COVID was over. I understand that I owe some money to finish my loan with them, but it is not what is reporting at {$2000.00}. I believe I owe closer to $ XXXX {$1000.00} but nobody can tell me anything. I am not saying that I wont pay this but this is not my fault and I cant be blamed for XXXX pandemic that ruined my income and be penalized this way. I would like records of what was done and I would like to only pay what I owed initially as this is what is fair.
