Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX ( an online jeweler ) allowed me to finance a purchase. After the purchase the account was sent to Comenity bank. I requested a statement showing the account information on my status of paying it down. They have told me two times that they will mail the documentation, I confirmed my current mailing address about two months ago. Ive never received anything and they just tell me to pay the account. I want to see what Ive paid, what I owe. Im beginning to think they dont have those details and are just threatening to mark my credit reports if I dont keep making payments. Its been about two years now.

They use my email, name, DOB and SS. They use my Dads address. They sent him a letter saying it was declined because my credit is locked. I alway keep my credit locked because of all the issues.

They tried to justify their violation of the FCRA by saying there were other negative accounts on the credit report. Comenity is now under obligation to provide evidence that these non-Comenity accounts are " valid '' and that these accounts caused harm to Comenity otherwise I will commence litigation against Comenity.

Consumer Complaint: Im having the same issue I had already reported once before with Comenity Capital bank, first it was with my Sephora Card and its still happening with my XXXX as its the same bank. Ill try to make a payment the day its due online and their server or site will be down and will not let me log in, I took a screenshot of what it looks like too. And I got charged a late fee because I couldnt make my payment that day. However, the next day its up and running just fine. Theyre a horrible bank to consumers. I tried calling and it automatically says that my account is not eligible for a courtesy late fee waiver. The one time I asked for it last year, they didnt even offer a full late fee wavier, they gave me a freaking discount? Which only took off like a few bucks which is insane to me because other banks help you out and waive the full late fee amount. Id also like to note that this is not the first time this is happens with my XXXX card, Ive gotten charged plenty more late fees for the same reason.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX as the account holder ( account ending in XXXX ) of XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card trough Comenity Capital Bank I signed documents for a XXXX XXXX of my son XXXX XXXX XXXX ( patient ) to be performed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in accordance with the Active Treatment Plan ( XXXX ). According to this plan the bank would have released {$10.00}, XXXX to XXXX XXXX. ( See the attached file named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX received an XXXX by XXXX XXXX ( identified as Visit XXXX and Visit XXXX on the active treatment plan ) in the amount of {$410.00}. There were no other treatments or visits to XXXX XXXX since my son ( patient ) cancelled all further treatments within the time limit of 72 hours specified in the Active Treatment Plan ( 1 ). Consequently, due to his cancelation, a tread was made to him by XXXX XXXX that there may be some additional ( undefined ) charges applied to him besides the charges for the XXXXXX/XX/XXXX submitted first dispute in relation to the tread. ( See the attached file named : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX my son ( patient ) received an unusual ( no correlation with signed documents for his XXXX XXXX XXXX invoice from XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX ( 3 months later than was the initial and the only service he received on XX/XX/XXXX ) showing the name of items charged being XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX at {$370.00} each. The invoice must have been submitted to Comenity as well since they adjusted my account balance correspondingly. ( See the attached file named : Certified Letter Sent to Comenity for All Occurred Events and Related Matters. ) XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX my responses on Comenity website disputing all charges except {$410.00} for the only service received by my son ( patient ) from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. ( Documents are available, however could not have been attached due to limitation of file capacity. ) XX/XX/XXXX continue disputing all charges except {$410.00} in respect to {$10.00} submitted by Comenity to XXXX XXXX. Consumer Complaint: Bank XXXX XXXX AAA credit card was taken over by Comenity Capital Bank in XX/XX/XXXX. At the time my account had a credit of {$130.00} ( attachment page 1, 2 ). A check of {$130.00} dated XX/XX/XXXX was issued ( attachment page 3 ). Unfortunately, due to postal delay, I did not receive this check until XX/XX/XXXX. I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX and they told me that this check has past its validity of 120 days, I needed to request Comenity Capital Bank to re-issue a check. I wrote, explained the situation and attached copies of the credit card statements along with the invalid, in-cashable check. They replied and promised to investigate ( attachment page 4 ). Comenity Capital Bank replied on XX/XX/XXXX ( attachment page 5 ). They declined to re-issue the check and stated the purchase was paid in full at the time. I wrote to Comenity Capital Bank and explain that it is not about a disputed purchase, it is a check past its validity date. I asked again for a new check. To this date, I have not had a reply. Please help me to remedy the situation. Thank you.
