Consumer Complaint: Zales Commenity was suppose to give 12 months interest free. Instead gave 6 months interest and charged XXXX dollar fee. When holding for Supervisor after 45 minutes they hung up. Called back and Second Lady didnt want to deal with it and hung up on me. Third person finally got me to supervisor who said there was no report of call. I asked if she had previous calls same day where they hung up while I was holding and disconnected calls. She said no. So I advised your folks are not logging all notes. She stated nothing I can do for you.

Consumer Complaint: While in hospital and rehab for months last yr, was unaware of a different bank ( Comenity ) taking over my XXXX credit card and also that my automatic balance payment setting didnt transfer. After numerous calls and website messages trying to get late fees removed, I eventually just gave up and paid by check the balance they told me I owed, and closed my account because of how unhelpful they were. Check mailed XX/XX/23, not posted to my account for 3 full weeks. Now they are refusing to forgive the fees accumulated over that time. Two different reps told me they were unable to forgive the interest or fees, which come to around {$150.00}.

Consumer Complaint: I was notified by Commenity bank that my account would be closed due to not being used. After seeing this information I went to find my XXXX XXXX but could only find my card for when they were partnered with XXXX XXXX and not Commenity bank. I called and spoke with an employee and provided them my current billing address and requested a card to be sent to that address. They sent the new card to my previously listed address. Which required me to go into the store and make a purchase by obtaining my card info over the phone. I made the transaction solely for the purpose of keeping my account open. I then made a payment for the full amount due only to find out that they had closed my account which I find to be a deceptive practice. They weren't even the ones to notify me that my account was closed. I had a notification from XXXX XXXX that notified me. My experience with the bank has been terrible since the first interaction with them over the phone. When speaking to the customer service representative who took my payment they updated my address incorrectly which I identified and changed online XX/XX/.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a complaint regarding my IKEA Visa credit card. As a new cardholder, I was promised a {$25.00} reward certificate if I spent {$500.00} outside of the Brand within the first 90 days of opening the account. However, I have not received this reward certificate despite meeting the spending requirement in XX/XX/2022. I opened my IKEA Visa credit card account XX/XX/2022 and made purchases totaling over {$500.00} outside of the Brand within the first 90 days. I was expecting to receive my reward certificate soon after, but it has been over 2 months since I fulfilled the requirement and I have yet to receive it. I have contacted the customer service department of the card issuer multiple times to inquire about the status of my reward certificate, but have not received a satisfactory response. They have not been able to explain why I have not received the certificate or when I can expect to receive it. I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication from the card issuer, and feel that I have been misled by their advertising of this reward offer. I believe that the card issuer is in violation of the Truth in Lending Act and the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and receiving the reward certificate that I am entitled to. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I called Vicotrai Secret or went into the store not sure, on XX/XX/22 paid off this credit card XXXX and closed the account and there is activity on this account that is on my credit report that I am not making payments. This has decreased my score over 61 points. I have disputed this information with all three credit beaures and not heard a response. It has been on going since XXXX.
