I sent them a letter on XX/XX/2023 requesting validation of this debt and I have not heard anything back. Per the FCRA, the consumer reporting agencies have 30 days to complete their investigation in receipt of my dispute. It has been well past 30 days and have not received any type of communication back. How are they able to report this account on my credit reports as valid when they have not responded or provided any valid proof to me? I am requesting that this account is deleted from my reports as they are in violation of my rights as a consumer to have accurate and valid information on my credit reports and right to dispute!

It was presented to me as a 18 months promo with no interest. Given the misleading info I was given, it is my request to have COMENITY waive off the huge ridiculous amount of interest charge {$2400.00}. I have already called customer service XX/XX/23 and paid off in full the promotional balance of {$2800.00} that I actually owed. Please waive off unjust interest charges at your earliest convenience, There is no way I can pay that high all of a sudden interest amount of {$2400.00} when it was not informed to me when I signed up with Comenity Acct number ends in XXXX

They are holding me XXXX and have ruined my credit. This person called into Victoria 's Secret CC ( Comenity Bank ), changed my address, & email & had a card reissued to the address they provided once the card was physically received, they made purchases in person at Victoria 's Secret and their affiliate store, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. According to VS FRAUD Dept, they were able to verify my DOB & last 4 of social in order to commit these fraudulent transactions. These transactions amounted to {$1600.00} ; they are 3 different transactions in the month of XX/XX/2023. I have opened a case today with Victoria 's Secret CC bank, Comenity ( no case # has been assigned yet ) & a police report with XXXX Police Department.
