I am requesting that the late payment markings be updated to reflect my accurate payment history. If there is any confusion, I suggest you contact myself or COMENITYBANK/VICTORIA customer service representative XXXX I would like to bring to your attention that the reported late payments are not reflective of my actual payment history with the mentioned creditor. Consumer Complaint: I opened a new credit card and was never sent a bill. I attempted to call and request the bill before the due date, which was never sent to me, I called the day of the Due date and made a payment through the phone, and they intentionally applied the payment the next business day to pay the late fee after confirming if it would be applied the day of. Currently, they are charging me late bill after another and still refusing to send me a bill statement.

Consumer Complaint: I was in Wisconsin XXXX, WI, when I started receiving alerts that transactions were being attempted on my credit cards in XXXX, OH. One of those alerts was from Comenity Bank for my Jared Jewelers, saying that there was an attempt to charge my card for {$6900.00}. I responded saying that I did not make that transaction, and it said the issue was resolved. I later received an email receipt for jewelry purchased in the Jared store in XXXX, OH. I filed a fraud claim with Comenity, and after 3 months, I received a letter in the mail stating that I had no basis to my claim and they would be putting the {$6900.00} back on my credit card for me to pay. I had also filed a police report back in XXXX with the XXXX Police Department, in XXXX, WI. The case number is XXXX. The Detective was able to get video footage, showing that 2 XXXX men, were the ones that were in the store and bought the jewelry. I am a XXXX male. They did not have my physical credit card. However, the video quality is not good enough to get an actual ID of the people.

Consumer Complaint: I had a charge on my account that was not in my approval or awareness. I found this out some time in XX/XX/2023. This charge came from an auto subscription online I wasn't aware of. I called Comenity Bank to take care of it right away since it was just a small amount and paid for it right away. They posted it on my account even though it was clearly a misunderstanding and a charge that wasn't supposed to be there. Somebody must have accessed my account online without my knowledge. This should have been deleted on my record since I don't use the card any longer.

Consumer Complaint: Per the FCRA, I XXXX XXXX as a federally protected consumer, I am now opting out of any and all authorization I the consumer may have given you written, unwritten, verbal and nonverbal per 15 USC 6802 to report my information to a third party, effective immediately and indefinitely. Please update account to PAID AS AGREED. I understand that the debt has been charged off/certificate of indebtedness and can not be reported to my credit report. I am requesting compensation {$1000.00}, for every violation. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states ( Permissible purposes of consumer reports, you can not report transaction history ). " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy.
