Consumer Complaint: upon receiving my consumer report, I found many inaccuracies including this company reporting to all consumer reporting agencies. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681b ( a ) 2, it states that as a consumer, for anyone to get or use my consumer report, I must provide written permission as it relates the consumer. The law also states that the consumer reporting agencies must conduct a proper and thorough investigation. This has not been done. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have the right to challenge anything and everything that appears to be inaccurate or unclear.

Finally, I tried changing my password but they never sent an email link, nor did they text me a link. I called customer service but was on hold for an hour before I hung up. Today, I tried again and went through the same process except this time the program suggested I use a different browser which I did with the same results. I have not been able to talk to a person or " chat '' with customer service. I believe I somehow sent a message last week describing the trouble I was having but I have not received any communication from them.

Consumer Complaint: Comenity Capital Bank did not provide me with adequate privacy disclosures required by law. Therefore, I rescind my consent that I knowingly or unknowingly provided to your company, its employees, affiliates, non-affiliates, assignees and any other entity, to share my nonpublic personal information. The term nonpublic personal information means personally identifiable financial information provided by a consumer to a financial institution resulting from any transaction with the consumer or any service performed for the consumer ; or otherwise obtained by the financial institution. I have a right to opt out of my information being shared and hereby do so. The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act limits your ability to share my personal financial information with certain non-affiliates. I HAVE A RIGHT TO PRIVACY. There is no law that gives you the authority to share my nonpublic personal information with any consumer reporting agency. I demand that you delete your account from any consumer reporting agency that you have furnished with my information in regards to any extension of credit, contractual, and or transactional relationship that I XXXXay have had with your company. You have failed to clearly and conspicuously disclose to me that my financial information may be disclosed to a third party. I was not given the opportunity, before the time that my information was initially disclosed, to direct that such information not be disclosed to the consumer reporting agencies. Lastly, I was not given an explanation of how I could exercise the nondisclosure option. DELETE the tradeline that you are currently reporting to any consumer reporting agency. Failure to do so, once this notice is received, will be an infringement upon my right to privacy. It would be in the interest of both parties to resolve this matter so that legal action will not be necessary.

Consumer Complaint: I have signed up for the XXXX credit card a few months ago. One of the main reason I signed up was for the two bonus offers : 1. A {$50.00} XXXX gift card for sign up bonus 2. A {$75.00} Free game for spending over {$500.00} I received my first bonus offer, for the {$50.00} gift card but not the second one. I have reached the {$500.00} threshold several times for the last 3 months since I received the card but they still will not give me my bonus offer I have reached out to the company several times and all I receive is a automated message telling me the qualifications of which I already know what the pre-requisites are I also tried calling and they told me to wait. Why it takes 3x months to receive a sign up bonus is beyond my understanding. I have never had so much difficulty receiving a sign up promotion. I hope by reporting this issue, something shall be done. Thank you

They were asking me to verify all my regular information and I had to type my social in order for them to see if they can find my account but they couldnt so I got transferred to customer service and I told them my social and when it came to verifying my home address they said it doesnt match what was on file and Ive been living at my house for a couple years now. I said if they could do anything about it but they told me I have to go through transunion to fix it but they are saying information is correct but Ive never heard of this company before or opened a credit card account with them and its really affecting my credit score

Consumer Complaint: Sony Rewards Credit Card by Comenity Bank sent me several offers to open a new account with them and during the holidays I decided to go ahead and sign up for a new account. The promotions that were offered at the time were opening a new account and getting a {$50.00} in XXXX gift card, a free Game that's worth {$79.00}, and a {$200.00} statement credit if I spent {$1000.00} within the first 60 days of opening that account. Now, I spent almost twice that and opened a ticket with them on XX/XX/, and now every time I call I am getting the run around with them. They are telling me that it will be resolved soon but it has been almost 5 months and I can't get a straight answer from them and they are telling me that the department that handles my case doesn't have a direct phone number or an email. I can't help but feel that this has been nothing but a bait and switch by this company and they are defrauding the public.
