Consumer Complaint: Was not receiving ANY statements even though they had my correct address. Called twice to complain. They hit me with multiple outrageous late fees in a short period of time and multiple hits to my credit. Did not offer solutions. Company was VERY difficult to get in touch with by phone, as the number was hidden in tiny print buried in pages and pages of text on the original documents that I received upon taking out the card. There was NO contact information available online. The company was very rude when I finally got ahold of them and did not offer any solutions. They put XXXX hits to my credit AFTER I chose to close the card, and these are the only XXXX hits to my credit in 15 years. They are predatory and intentionally gouging people with late fees and hard to reach by phone or email.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX ) XX/XX/XXXX Comenity Bank acquired the XXXX credit cards from XXXX XXXX. Around that time i required to receive as a credit to my account : {$880.00} or rewards accumulated over time. I noticed that Comenity was not paying the rewards. I called in XX/XX/XXXX for the first time. They answered by saying they were putting this claim as a dispute. And dispute require 3 months to be answered. And they refused communications until 3 months passed. At the end of 3 months, i called again, and they said they were placing again the claim in another dispute. In short they use tactics to avoid the payment of rewards. Their customer service told me that i was not the only one. They decided not to pay the rewards when they purchased the accounts of XXXX. ( letters document 1 ) On XX/XX/XXXX they credited my account with {$970.00}, but took back the money the next day. {$970.00} was the amount of rewards plus the cost of 18 % interests they charge. Consumer Complaint: I received an alert e-mail from my bank on Sunday XX/XX/2023 stating a lender checked my credit report AND verified my identity. After accessed into my bank 's mobile app, I found info on the lender and called Monday XX/XX/2023. To my surprise and relief a rep answered and after exchanging info, she informed me the credit card that I didn't apply for was flagged and on hold pending further investigation. She also informed me it was applied for on-line and none of my personal devices were used for this action. Please consider this a concern and not a complaint against the lender. My complaint is with the person/people who attempted to use my info to get a credit card!

Consumer Complaint: Hello so my issue is I paid my bill on XX/XX/XXXX I been waiting for a manager to contact me regarding my problem and nobody has I call the automated system it says a payment isnt due but when I see online it says a payment is pass due nobody seems to know whats going on and nobody has given me any explanation from comenity bank regarding that my payment I made on XX/XX/XXXX I would like to see whats a proper solution because a customer service from telling me your payment isnt late when my credit report is at jeopardy and when another customer service rep told me that I paid it too early too many different stories being told and nobody has been able to help me I called days before the payment was due and nobody has contacted me back also I did pay on XX/XX/XXXX which was the right time according to the rep I just spoke to but nobody from corporate has been contacting me
