Consumer Complaint: I was the victim of abuse and financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult and several accounts were opened in my name while I was incapacitated. Numerous attempts to have this account removed from all three credit bureaus has been made, but the account holders continue to attempt to collect the debt despite knowing the items are the direct result of XXXX XXXXXXXX and the XXXX of a XXXX individual as documented in XXXX reports. I have had to flee XXXX miles with my XXXX child and these issues are hindering my ability to house my XXXX child and obtain services for him. I have no support system in this area that I was forced to move to for safety and it is imperative these issues be addressed and removed immediately. The proper law enforcement ( XXXX ) forms and FTC reports have been provided, yet the account holders continue to verify the information is " accurate '' and " updates '' it to keep it on the report. Several agencies realize that the accounts are legitimate fraud, and continue to sell or resell the accounts nearly monthly as they know the monies are not recoverable legally. Please remove these accounts from all three reports as I am not legally responsible for them as I was medically incapacitated/under duress during the time of the purchases and can not be held liable, and the documented victim of financial exploitation.

Consumer Complaint: Multiple credit cards opened fraudulently under my name. On XX/XX/XXXX the identity thief opened a Kay jewelers credit card and charged the card for {$44000.00} and a XXXX XXXX credit card which they used to charge {$1400.00} on that date XX/XX/XXXX. There was also an attempt to open a XXXX card and XXXX XXXX on that same date. I discovered this when I received a credit card statement from Kay jewelers XXXX XXXX for the {$44000.00} that I opened on XX/XX/XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and reported it as fraud and filed a dispute. I called Kay jewelers on the same date XX/XX/XXXX and reported it as fraud and filed a dispute. The XXXX XXXX credit card is through XXXX XXXX and they informed me of the XXXX card at that time, as those companies use the same bank apparently. I placed a freeze on my credit with the three credit bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX. So far I have only received resolution for the XXXX card which from what I can see has no charges on it. The XXXX XXXX and Kay jewelers credit accounts are posted on my credit file.

Consumer Complaint: I have reached out to CCB/Ulta twice now over the last couple of months and they have just ignored me, even though with my mail app, i know they received the letters. In short, i am/was begging for mercy on ONE late payment, late last year due to an illness, on a card i use regularly. I have been on time ever since and i was before as well, and they ignored me and my family 's hardship without even a response. I thought better of CCB honestly. I know the credit bureaus will work will report WHATEVER CCB tells them to, even XXXX XXXX XXXX helped me out during this dire time with a goodwill correction. That is all i was asking for and they could not even respond. It was for a late payment in XXXX of 2022 and i was asking forgivness for just this ONE month, actually begging for it, and was ignored. They should have to respond and say that they will be generous or they wont be. I will attach my two letters that were not responded to.

On or about XX/XX/XXXX a promissory note in the form of an application was given to CFO XXXX XXXX dba BREAD FINANCIAL HOLDINGS, INC and/or affiliates. Upon my research and investigation I have found out that my application and/or agreement were in fact exchanged for federal reserve notes at their local Federal Reserve Bank XXXX XXXX over the counter ( as I pay fees and interest on top of what they took from my estate ) and I was not given full disclosure at the time of paperwork being signed. I am privy to this information and now that I am ; I have a right to my securities that were taken from my estate. On XX/XX/XXXX I XXXX, XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXX gave first notice XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that I accept all XXXX XXXX Rights, Interest and Equity owed to XXXX XXXX. Along with my tender/Allonge of payment ( entitled 'LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS ' ) ; I also accepted and endorsed the negotiable instrument ( bill ) offered to me. I have given XXXX XXXX XXXX 5 business days ( per notice ) to respond in writing or to apply the principal 's balance to the principal 's account for setoff I was met with a notice from their organization saying that I sent XXXX XXXX XXXX a cease and desist ; where as you can clearly see in the notices you have ( same notices XXXX XXXX has ) it says to contact me in writing. NOT to cease and desist contact. Since then I have sent out 3 notices ( 3 tiers ) totaling 30 days. These notices are clear and concise of what I want them to do. I have performed and expressed myself according to the Federal Reserve Act Section 29 ; and now I am here to properly have XXXX XXXX XXXX and/or BREAD FINANCIAL assessed. They're in XXXX of XXXX for inferior performance of their fiduciary duties. At this point they're in the know of this breach and I would consider their actions to be scienter. The contract signed had no consideration on their part since they never loaned me any of their own money and/or assets ; instead they exchanged my promissory note ( Which had a cash value equal to the bank loan they Supposedly gave. ) Meaning, I loaned myself the credits they give me on the credit card and am being extorted for extra monthly payments and interest on top of what I have already gave them.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I received multiple calls from Comenity Bank. When I answered one, they told me I owed a payment from XXXX on my XXXX XXXX XXXX and said the payment was about to be late and charged a late fee. I declined paying it and told them that I had not made any purchases on that card since XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately contacted XXXX and they had nothing in their system indicating a charge and showed I had a XXXX balance with them. I asked them how to report a fraudulent charge and they said to contact Comenity Bank to dispute it. I contacted XXXX to review my credit report. It showed the amount of {$180.00} due in XX/XX/XXXX, which was from a charge of {$100.00} in XXXX, that I did not make, plus late fees. I filed a dispute with XXXX. The dispute was not cleared on my credit report. After repeated calls to Comenity Bank, I was unable to get through to talk to a representative. The line would drop my call. The website indicated disputes of charges needed to be done in writing and mailed to : XXXX XXXX Credit Bureau XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, SD XXXX. I filled out their Credit Report Dispute and Investigation Form. I printed details from my credit report showing the balance due of {$180.00}. I printed my XXXX statement showing no balance and no purchases since XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I mailed this documentation to the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have not gotten a response as of today, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX business days later.

The inquiry details show : COMENITYCAPITAL/ULTA At no point, I asked or was offered to apply for a credit card. I contacted the store and they know nothing and sent me to the guest services XXXX number. I called and they were reluctant to even listen to my complaint. Consumer Complaint: Cesars Visa Rewards Comenity Bank : I have used the card and make immediate payments nightly or every 3-6 days to pay the card down so that I can use the card to obtain my " Points '' or rewards. The credit card company is telling me that if I make a payment of {$500.00} or more, it locks my account for 7-10 business days, yet the email I received from the credit card company says it " might take 2 additional days ''. I have spoken to numerous employees at the call center and the all say its customary for credit card companies to hold the payments for 7-10 business days, yet they can not show me where it says this in my terms and agreements. The issue on this card, is that I have tried to purchase an Airline ticket to fly out of town, rent a car and drive back home. The rental car company will not take a debit card, therefore I have to find some other means to rent a car, not counting the " double '' rewards I lose for the airline ticket, hotel and rental car. I am asking where it says it takes 7-10 business days. My bank has already released the money to the bank, its no longer in my bank account They have LOCKED my card while they wait 7-10 days to post my payment

Consumer Complaint: Comenity Bank took over my XXXX account and I paid account in full according to agreement with XXXX. However, Comenity decided that they could add fees and interest to the account without my knowledge. I called them and at first they abided by the agreement with XXXX. After the last payment of agreed upon {$32.00}, Comenity decided not to abide by agreement. I have statement showing this. Their statement never showed the correct due amount and I tried to respond to this by calling XXXXhem.I then paid an additional amount of {$55.00} to bring account up to date. I also sent them my payment record. I will not pay them any more.
