I contacted both parties and XXXX said the are the owner of the debt. I contacted XXXX XXXX and they hung up the phone. Date XXXX XXXX. The amount owed is {$520.00}. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the account that you are reporting in my credit report. Please don't respond to my request by saying that this account has been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify it. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of the disputed account then please delete it immediately as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( ). Since I thought my balance was {$0.00}, I didn't make a payment in XXXX or XXXX. Late fees were added to the balance and the {$30.00} balance was reported to the credit reporting agency in XXXX. As a result, my credit score has dropped more than XXXX points. VS did not attempt to contact me regarding the delinquent balance beyond sending a couple of emails which were diverted to my SPAM file.

Consumer Complaint: I have been receiving phone calls everyday from different phone numbers or private numbers for Comenity Bank for an ULTA credit card debt. I have asked to stop calling during work hours. The phone calls got more aggressive after XX/XX/2023. I had to empty my voicemail box frequently They will call as early as XXXX to as late as XXXX at night. They've been leaving voicemails to the point where it would make my voicemail box full every 7 days. I've really heavily on my phone as I am oncall for a hospital and I've missed several important phone calls for shifts due to harassments from Comenity Bank. They even called my husband phone number XXXX to communicate with me back in XX/XX/2023. The following images uploaded starts from XX/XX/2023 and dates back XX/XX/2023 consecutively for more than 7 days calling everyday multiple times under differently numbers or private numbers. The rest of the images are voicemails they have left recently. Unfortunately I had to delete a lot of the voicemails due to my mailbox being full and I uploaded text message dating back to XX/XX/2023. I do have a call list for the month of XX/XX/2023 where they called me everyday various hours, I'll be more than happy to provide.

Consumer Complaint: This is a a complaint Comenity Bank. I made an agreement over the phone to pay off a past due balance that was going to be settling the account meaning I would make two separate payments and it would be closed they took the money out of my bank account for {$150.00} on XX/XX/2023 the phone call agreement was made on XX/XX/XXXX of 2023. They are now refusing to honor this agreement and have sent me to collections who claims they have no knowledge of any of this. I expect to be refunded in total of {$150.00} and I also expect my account to be closed and settled and to never contact me again. If this is not done I will seek further legal action.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX credit card issued by XXXX XXXX. I closed card due to fraud charges, account was set up on autopay. XXXX refunded me personally by check after investigation in the amount of XXXX approx. Account closed with XXXX balance. Was on credit report as closed and XXXX and in good standing. About 3 months ago started getting bills for this account with a balance. Called numerous times, XXXX claimed they refunded me before merchants credited and caused overage. Advised that was an issue with them and the merchant. They are now billing the account and reopened the account with out permission. Managers refuse to call back. The account should be closed with XXXX balance per fraud. It isn't the consumers issue when they fail to do a proper investigation or account review and make a refund error.

When asked to stop calling me multiple times in a harassing way I was told to pay my bill and it would stop. My due date for my payment wasnt due for another XXXX days! Absolutely a nightmare dealing with this company
