Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I sent a check to XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$3000.00} ( XXXX XXXX and no cts. ) to pay for the charges and to have some credit in my account for future charges since I was going in a long trip abroad. When I came back to the XXXX ( by the end of XXXX ) I get a statement that showed that the Company collected only {$30.00} instead of {$3000.00} and therefore my account started to be penalized with interest for being late on my payment. I called customer service of my credit card and explained that the Company made a mistake and those interest charges should be removed. They told me that they were going to open a dispute and that I should send a copy of the check to an address I was given. I went to XXXX where I have my checking account to request a copy of the check and I was told that the payment of that check was electronically, therefore the bank was not in possession of the physical check and that XXXX XXXX XXXX should have it. Fortunately, I kept a carbon copy of the check in my checkbook so I sent a letter with a picture of the carbon copy. In that letter I also offer to pay {$2900.00} they never collected provided all interest would be removed from my account. The Company never responded the dispute so they continue sending me statements with interest I do not owe. I do need someone at some federal agency to help solve this issue. Consumer Complaint: SEE ATTACHED : Today my broker told me a CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE was received by my mothers employer Libertiy Communities. My mother had been trying to get me on with them but now that looks unlikely now that they have tarnished my reputation with them. I have no idea where this debt is coming from! In addition ; they thought the Service letter was for my mom. That XXXX may be her middle name. The corporate office sent it back after my mom had to explain. In addition : They have sent a Certificate of Service to at lease four other organizations that I am not affiliated with. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( attached ), and XXXX XXXX. I don't know much about this process but I know based on the CFPB radio buttons that they shouldn't be sending these things all over the place. I was told these were compensatible offenses.

Consumer Complaint: Notice to agent is notice to principal, notice to principal is notice to Agent. I was looking over my credit reports the other day and noticed an account on my reports from Comenity Capital BankXXXX XXXX account number XXXX XXXXXXXX, reporting late payments. I am 100 % certain that Ive never received any goods, services, or money from this company, nor have I ever done any business with the company. I have reached out to Comenity Capital BankXXXX on numerous occasions and was informed that an investigation was completed, and the account was closed as erroneous as of XX/XX/2022. I am confused as to how this company is now reporting past due/late payments on my credit reports. From what I know of the law, only a contract/signed agreement between Comenity Capital BankXXXX and myself would make me legally bonded to any debt that they are alleging. An agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, XXXX was cancelled within their 3-day grace period, therefore, there should be no monetary charges from Comenity Capital Bank XXXX If Comenity Capital BankXXXX had sent me a Debt Validation Notice as they are lawfully required to per FCRA ; I would have been able to dispute this account long BEFORE they unlawfully caused considerable damage to my credit reports. I humbly request that Comenity Capital BankXXXX remove this erroneous account from my credit reports and cease any further collection efforts. Please consider this letter a demand to cease and desist as well as a notice of unlawful conduct of failure to distribute proper notice. Respectfully,

Consumer Complaint: I made the very last payment on time, however, payment was made during my time, pacific standard time on the due date. Unbeknownst to me the company cut off for the due date was based on eastern standard time. The charges showing on my account is a late fee on that last payment which paid my account in full. The late fee has accrued interest and penalties. I have closed the account and never used it again. I always paid it on the due date!!!!

Consumer Complaint: Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act as a federally protected consumer, I am now opting out of any and all authorization I the consumer may have given you written, non-written, verbal, and non-verbal per 15 USC 6802. Per the Privacy Act as a federally protected consumer, I have a right to privacy. Per the Securities Exchange Act Comenity Bank agreed to discharge this debt so it can not be late. Per the International Bill of Exchange and Promissory Note Comenity Bank failed to tell me the federally protected consumer that they would securitize my promissory note which would be a violation in Truth in Lending Act. Any credit amount over {$1.00} is due to the consumer by the certificate of indebtedness. 15 U.S. Code 1681q 15 U.S.Code 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) 15 U.S.Code 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ) 15 U.S.Code 1681s-2 ( 7 ) ( E ) Per 17 CFR 424 Capital One said it would not commit language fraud.

COMENITY BANK has no right to refuse to remove this fraudulent account because I am a victim of identity theft and I have filed a valid police report. According to FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681C-2 ) consumer reporting agencies and creditor shall block the reporting of any information resulting from identity theft no later than 4 business days after date of receipt, yet COMENITY BANK has refused to do this. The following is the fraudulent account : COMENITYBANK/VICTORIA XXXX XXXXXXXX and COMENITYCB/ULTA / XXXX which was open at an address which I have never lived at and it has nothing to do with me.
