Consumer Complaint: When Bread Savings closes an account they remove the tranaction history from your online account. At first they refused to close my CD, then closed it a few days late. I noticed the extra little bit of interest hit the account after the transfer was scheduled but then couldn't verify any amounts in the closed account. I asked Bread Savings how to access these transactions and got the run around. Then they said they would give me transcript of the closed account. That never happened. It's been over a month of asking them every couple of days for the records and they give empty promises with no intention of fullfilling them. If they aren't hiding anything why wouldn't they just prove it and show me the transaction records? Company did not respond directly to my previous complaint.

Consumer Complaint: I want this credit report off my account. All they did was given me a write off but I dont know what that if fixing because im not going to pay for a card that i am not using. I was XXXX just getting i to the XXXX when Victoria secret offered the card I thought it was just a store card. So they have been reporting dues to my credit when j havent even used the card since they had gave it to me i dont even know where that card is. I need this to get taken care of and off my account. It shouldnt have been on my account in the first place. Please help

Creditors included XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX {$510.00} XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX {$100.00} XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX {$12.00} XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX {$79.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX {$2800.00} After 30 days I received no updates or documentation. I again reached out via phone to all three credit bureaus letting them know I had verified letters to creditors and bureaus to which I was told they had 60 days. Which is incorrect. A cycle is 30 days for response. This has been on going with these reports for over a year. I also have security breach letters from 3 of 5 creditors during my time with account with them.

Consumer Complaint: hello, ive been receiving calls from commenty bank victoria secret trying to collect payments. as well as another bank i do not recognize im not sure if its the same bank. or not but sometimes they call me from unknown numbers. awhile ago they would call me at least 10 times a day. from XXXX numbers or unknown callers. but at other times itll be from multiple different numbers. and im sure there calls are recorded so they should have record of our phone calls if you request them from the bank as proof. bc after a certain period of time my call logs deleted. however i answered the phone one time and informed the debt collector of the times im available to talk and he continued to call at the times im not available. making it unreasonable an it feels like im being harassed. because i been getting in trouble at work for it.

Consumer Complaint: I own a credit line with XXXX XXXX, and Comenity Capital Bank is the bank institution serving that account. I purchased an item back on XX/XX/XXXX which I ended up cancelling and my money should have been reversed back to my account, but the bank is pretting to hold my money for about 60 days. This is limiting my ability to spend on that account. I reached out to the bank and ask for my account agreement and they did not issue it stating that they do not have an agreement to issue. The attached picture is showing how much the bank has to reverse in my account.

Consumer Complaint: Date of Occurrence : ( appx ) XX/XX/2023 Issue : I rec 'd a Pre-Approval for Victoria 's Secret XXXX, to which I accepted. I was informed I rec 'd a {$350.00} CL. I chatted w/ Comenity customer service ( CSR : XXXX XXXX ) and he informed me that I was approved for the XXXX ; I further asked why it was so low to which he responded " I mean, it should be {$250.00} '', which I thought was rude but okay... Upon arrival of the the card, it was NOT a XXXX but a store card. I reached out to them requesting why I rec 'd a store card, to which they stated that b/c I wanted to switch I need to apply for the XXXX. I responded and informed them that the store card isn't what I agreed to and they responded to the same, take zero responsibility for their actions.
