Consumer Complaint: XXXX ) Barclays out source there customer service dispute department to the XXXX. The attended did not properly take my complaint. XXXX ) I purchased a coach airline ticket with XXXX XXXX. I checked in online before my flight. Soon after got an email saying that I can enter an auction to fly business class, It said ill be refunded if I did not win. I entered the auction was charged {$880.00}. I did not win. I was OUTBID. XXXX ) I have disputed with the credit card company. All communications are attached. XXXX ) I did fly with XXXX coach. XXXX ) I tried to also resolve with XXXX XXXX but I am not fluent in Spanish. XXXX ) I filed my unauthorized fraud scam with the credit card company, within 30 days from when i received the credit card statement.

Consumer Complaint: I was double charged twice for a purchase I had canceled. The merchant refunded only one of the charges. I filed a dispute 4 times with Barclays Red Aviator Mastercard and they kept sending me a generic letter saying I was refunded. I called 9 times talking to representatives, they all saw the error of the double charge with only one refund and filled a claim. The dispute department closed my case again with another generic letter saying that I received my refund!! I wrote a letter explaining that I was only refunded for one of the charges. They clearly did not do an adequate investigation, because I got the same generic letter again!!! No one from Barclays would call me. I Called again, a representative told me my case was closed and to write another letter. They also saw the double charge with only one refund, and opened another case ( 4th one. ) That was yesterday. They clearly did not read the claims or did a proper investigation. If they did they would see the double charge.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing in reference to : complaint # XXXX this complaint contains documents related to the case. The credit card company has contacted me by telephone and are investigating the dispute. Stating this can take 10-15 days. They also are only available to discuss the case M-F XXXX XXXX XXXX. They do not email any resolutions so most likely I will have to spend additional time on the phone with this company and take additional time away from work to address. I would like an expedited resolution to this since they have already violated the required time frame to address the dispute. This dispute is over 90 days old. They also have incorrect information on the back of their billing statement to address disputes and an online portal that doesn't respond to the " contact us '' button. There is no way to contact this company except through customer service where I have documented over 3.5 hours of hold and discussions that have yet to address or resolve my disputes. I would like to know what violations the bank has committed with this case from the incorrect address and failure to meet a reasonable timeline on disputes. I just received another statement with a full balance, late fees and interest charges

Consumer Complaint: Received letter ( attached ) marked " XXXX - XXXX '' on XX/XX/23. Called to complain. Waited a lot. Told me they can not connect me to someone who can help. They had no record of the letter. Noted last letter was mailed on XX/XX/23. I yelled a lot and apologized to the poor woman you irresponsibly put on the phone. But you need to do an actual investigation. No one I've spoken to even knows what XXXX is. They have literally investigated whether or not someone stole my card. I indicated many times to reps that no one had stole my card, and they needed to do a non-standard fraud investigation.

Consumer Complaint: Debt collector called this morning on behalf of barclays bank delaware. ( XXXX? didn't know how to spell her own name, first spelled it with an XXXX then a XXXX I had to ask her to spell it multiple times, she didn't even want to give the name. I think she changed the last name too. I'd want to check the recording. ) given spelling was " XXXX XXXX '', No debt collector license number, said she holds no license. called at XXXX to harass me in violation of cease and desist and the ongoing fraud case and bankruptcy. hung up on first call since I was very rude since she called me while I was writing a complaint about XXXX and was in no mood to be harassed, I called back. she denied things that she has no basis to deny. ( no one owes you money. no one broke into your home ; she would have no way of knowing, and yes they did. police report and contracts show they did ) lied about things etcetera. Very very inappropriate and irritating call. I asked to speak to a manager, waited for XXXX minutes, no manager available, will call back at XXXX pacific. ( XXXX now ) as the manager is in a " meeting '' but was told to call back at XXXX eastern. cease and desist.
