Consumer Complaint: I treated my family to a 4 night vacation in XXXX. We purchased 3 rooms from XXXX in XX/XX/2022. When we arrived to the hotel 6 month later on XX/XX/XXXX, we were told by the hotel that all 3 rooms were sold out. With no where to go or turn because we are now stranded at a hotel in XXXX, we were instead put in 3 single bed bedrooms for XXXX adults, including XXXX men, my brothers. Unsatisfied, we checked out early and spent double our vacation budget to move my family to another hotel in XXXX. I was instructed by XXXX to dispute the charge with my credit card provider BarClayUS because we ordered 3 queen bedrooms and were not given what we pre-booked 6 months before our vacation. When disputing the charge I provided the credit card company with the original receipt of the booking, the receipt of the second hotel we moved ( with assistance from XXXX ), photos of out early check-out forms, and photos of my brother sleeping on a cot. This was NOT the 4.5 star experience we paid for, and this was NOT what we ordered. However, my credit company will not budge. They are aware we did nothing wrong. They are aware we did not purchase the rooms we were put in. And they are aware that we checked out early. I have been fighting this case now going on 10 months this year. What are my rights?

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I received an alert through XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX that an hard inquiry was reported to my credit file to XXXX XXXX. The inquiry was made through Barclays Bank Delaware on XX/XX/2023. I contacted Barclays Bank Delaware, and they told me that they did not show an application on file. I told them I did not apply for anything and that to please remove the inquiry. They responded and said that since they did not find an application on file, they couldnt remove it. I advised them that since it shows that they reported it, that they have to remove it. They advised they couldnt because they dont show an application submitted. This is a fraudulent inquiry account reported to my credit file. Please help to remove this. On XX/XX/2023, I received an email for a credit contract from XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I contacted them they advised that they did not receive or had an application on file relating to me. This as well is a fraudulent account reported to my credit file. Please help to remove this.

Consumer Complaint: Barclays Bank of Delaware mistakenly claims that I requested online statements in lieu of paper statements. Lacking a paper statement, two payments were missed in XXXX and XXXX, XXXX. Barclays error has led to a massive reduction in my FICO score from XXXX to XXXX, which will impact my ability to borrow and the cost of any future borrowings. The account was opened in XXXX and until Barclays ' error, had years of a perfect payment history. I have pursued this matter directly through Barclays who is unwilling to accept my explanation. Despite this, Barclays has been unwilling or unable to support their claim that I personally requested online billing as opposed to paper. The most likely explanation is an internal error at Barclays led to coding my account as preferring to receive online as opposed to paper statements. I have also pursued this matter directly through XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. Their automated complaint system is not sophisticated enough to address my complaint properly and my complaint to each resulted in no change to my record. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX 2 airline tkts were charged to this card. On XX/XX/XXXX the tkts were cancelled and supposedly refunded to the card in the amount of {$1200.00} X 2 = {$2400.00}. I have transaction # 's XXXX and XXXX given to me by XXXX XXXX XXXX for the refund. Barclays Bank keeps saying they havent received and will not do anything about locating the money. They even spoke to XXXX to obtain ALL the info including ticket # 's, refund transaction # 's etc verifying the refunds were issued from their end and Barclays refuses to acknowledge or locate my money and post it to my credit card account. I disputed the charges, spoken to managers and supervisors to no avail. THIS WAS AN electronic transaction... It has to be traceable and no one is helping me resolve, especially Barclays Bank

Consumer Complaint: As written above. I have a Jet Blue Plus credit card from BARCLAYS Bank. My account is tied to another Jet Blue account and my user name and password will not allow me to change it so I can Have my own account separate from this other account. IT is HORRIBLE> They have NEVER contacted me on over 6 months and they can't seem to fix this. I am just asking them to delete my current user name and password so I can create my own account. I can not get on line to see ANY transactions since day 1. They don't even send me paper statements on the mail which has been requested many times. I NEED IT TO FIX This problem immediately. The customer representatives say they can't contact IT ... there is no telephone number that they can call. MY Case # is XXXX PLEASE, PLEASE help me. I will appreciate anything you can do. Thank you.
