Consumer Complaint: My Barclays card is charged off ( which is accurate ) however a third party XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX called me stating they owned my account. I have set up a payment arrangement with XXXX for a reduced amount. My issue is that Barclays is still reporting a balance of over XXXX when I have settled with XXXX for {$2200.00}, which I still owe {$1800.00}. I have an issue that Barclays is reporting a balance that is not correct. I have spoken with both companies, call recorded, to ask why I have a contract now with XXXX and it is not reflecting with Barclays since XXXX works for them. I will be speaking to an attorney because do not think this is a fair practice.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I purchased several airplane tickets on XXXX XXXX. Due to the pandemic, the flights were cancelled, thus we were unable to use the tickets. XXXX XXXX refunded all three of the transactions to my credit card company, however I have received only 2 out 3 credits in my account. My credit card is refusing to credit my account for the 3rd and final refund, despite numerous calls, emails, and letters, including providing them proof of the refund from XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX processed the last and final refund of {$1300.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, and confirmed as such in a conversation with me on XX/XX/XXXX. ( I can provide a screenshot of our XXXX conversation ). Since that time, I called my credit card 's hotline several times, speaking for 45-60 minutes at a time to get the funds credited to my account to no avail. I was promised verbally by an agent on a call which took place on XX/XX/XXXX that I would be paid by XX/XX/XXXX. But, yet again, the funds have not been credited to my account. Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: I noticed a sharp decrease in my credit score. I then found a fraudulent charge that was accruing late fees and interest on my Barclaysus choice rewards card. I called and reported the charge as fraudulent, and was told it would take ~ two weeks for the charges to reverse. I waited this period, and saw that the fraudulent charges were reversed, but the foreign transaction fee, late payment charges, and interest charged were either not reversed or the amount reversed was not the total related to this charge. I have called to try and get these reversed, and have been put on hold for over 5 hours total, have been hung up on twice, and continue to get passed around to different departments, none of which has been able to resolve my problem. Another late payment and further interest charges have been accrued in the meantime.

I must have been the victim in a cyber hack or identity theft. this non-account holding inquires with : Barclays Bank Delaware shown on my report as ( BRCLYSBANKDE ) and with the date of XXXX.Barclays Bank Delaware is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq., for unlawfully obtaining my XXXX consumer reports without my authorization or a permissible purpose under the FCRA. See 15 U.S.C. 1681b. I have not initiated any transaction with Further, and I do not have an account as defined under 15 U.S.C. 1693a ( 2 ) with none of them for review or collection. They are NOT mine, i do not recognize and did not authorized. these inquiries are fraudulent. to my knowledge, i have not signed any documents authorizing your organization to view my credit history, your inquiry into my credit reports violates the ( FRCA ) sec, 1681b ( c ) : transactions NOT initiated by consumer.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/21 I was charged XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Meaning XXXX, PA ) I live in XXXX XXXX, NJ and I do not go to a Fitness center. As soon as I seen this transaction on my account ( Approx XX/XX/XXXX ) I disputed the charge. Later I received information that they were going to put the charge back on my account. On XX/XX/21 I called MasterCard costumer service, I spoke with " XXXX '' who told me she could not help me and put me on hold from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX until I finally had to get back to work. I called back about a week later and spoke with " XXXX '' who told me the case was closed I told her that I did not request the service so I should not be charged. I requested to speak with a manager, She told me she would have have the manager call me but that has not occurred.
