Consumer Complaint: When I reviewed my credit report, I discovered that some of the information was erroneous. The 3 credit bureaus must validate this account in line with Sections 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) and 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). It is not authorized to fail to validate this reporting account as unverified information without providing any proof within the period allowed by law. This is not a duplicate nor is this complaint being filed by a third party, I am filing this complaint myself. Please see this complaint is processed to the letter of the law. I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me on my current address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MA, and i've already gave this to several of your representatives at the store.

Consumer Complaint: I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX managed by Barclays Bank and I made a call to Barclays Bank on XXXX XXXX regarding updating my SSN on file and they asked for me to send in documentations for them to update accordingly which I did send in via the Fax numbers ; ( XXXX / XXXX / XXXX / XXXX and XXXX XXXX addresses they gave me at different times ; XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX DE, XXXX / Barclays Bank Delaware, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX DE, XXXX ). Dates : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( USPS Tracking # : XXXX ) XXXX ( USPS Tracking # : XXXX ) I have sent these requested documentations ; ( Copy of SSN card, copy of Drivers license, Letter of Request and copy of tracking numbers to Barclays Bank on multiple times ) and till date whenever I call for followup, I'm informed they have not received the documents till date and this is really impacting on my Credit Report in order for me to process some documentations with my work and bank. I have called multiple times to this number at the back of my XXXX : XXXX, but still no response or positive updates till this minute I'm writing this letter. I have tried my best possible to get a positive feedback from Barclays Bank but no positive updates has been shared with me as a customer and since I have been sending in these requested documentations and its really impacting on me. I will appreciate your further investigations and help in resolving my issue in ASAP. Thank you!!!

Consumer Complaint: Hello I was shopping for a vacation with wife and child I came across XXXX XXXX thinking they had a bargain for flight tickets, I made a purchase than realized not so great of a savings. I canceled the purchase I was told I will get a refund I have an email confirmed the refund. Refund was given but than XXXX XXXX made an unauthorized purchase on another airline on a different date. Once I realized that unauthorized purchase was made, I contact my credit card company Barclay master card had them investigate and cancel my credit card. XXXX XXXX rebilled me and Credit Card company is complicated now and is not much help and should have never let the merchant rebill me.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I reported a mistake in my balance. XXXX employees have told me that hundreds of cardholders have had their cash advances doubled, mistakenly, on their balances. That is, they don't receive double the money, they're just charged double the amount that they received. I called again today and the employee acknowledged that there is no evidence that I received double the amount, but that they are still " working on the case. '' I disputed this with the credit bureaus and XXXX responded that the information that they reported is accurate. So, while they acknowledge on the phone to me that it's inaccurate and they're working on fixing it, they are reporting inaccurate information and defending it. This harms my credit and the credit of everyone else that is experiencing this. And it's still going on.

Consumer Complaint: After noticing pooling of water in our front yard, on XX/XX/2022 we contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to come out and diagnose the water pooling issue. They arrived on the morning of XX/XX/2022 and surveyed the issue. They created an estimate indicating that there was a leak on the pipe feeding water to the home. The original estimate included tunneling beneath the foundation slab with a XXXX XXXX tunnel, chipping the slab to gain access to the leaking pipe, an engineering report .for a total cost of cost of {$6300.00} They requested a deposit prior to proceeding with the work. We gave them our Barclay 's credit card number and they charged {$1200.00} to begin the work. They had asked me to sign the original estimate, however, their computer tablet was not functioning, so we were unable to sign the estimate. They proceeded to dig the hole and reached the pipe that fed the house. It was found by the excavation crew that the leaking pipe was accessible without having to dig beneath the slab. so once they dug the hole of XXXX XXXX, there was no need to dig any further. They repaired the pipe and were ready to fill the hole. I inspected the job and noted that they did not chip the foundation slab. Before they filled the hole I mentioned to them that they should remove the fee associated with chipping the slab. I then reviewed their estimate and called the city of XXXX XXXX to see if the repair would require an engineering report. The XXXX of XXXX 's permit desk stated that no engineering report was needed. I contacted XXXX XXXX plumbing to tell them to deduct the chipping of the slab and remove the charge for the engineering report. They told me that they would do so. Next I got a call from XXXX XXXX 's accounts receivable department and they told me that they needed to get a final payment for the repair. I told them that I needed a final invoice to verify that the line items had been removed. They then told me that if payment was not made that they could put a lien on the home. I told them that I also wanted them to adjust the charge for the size of the tunneling hole because it was not XXXX ft as quoted in the estimate, but rather XXXX ft. Instead of sending me a final invoice, XXXX XXXX proceeded to charge my credit card. After they charged my card account, then they sent me the final invoice. At no time did I EVER sign any invoice or charge slip from XXXX XXXX. I specifically told them NOT to charge my card until I had approved the final invoice. I had not signed ANY document from this company neither the estimate, nor the final invoice. After confronting them, it was clear that they had significantly overcharged me for the repair. Subsequently, I another plumber come out for a similar type of repair and I asked him to provide me with an estimate for the same repair that XXXX XXXX had performed. This plumber quoted this same repair to be {$1800.00}. Several times I contacted XXXX XXXX to discuss the matter, however. they refused to engage me on the issue even though they charged my card account without authorization or a signature.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX changed servicers for their credit card to Barclay 's. During this timeframe apparently my terms and fees changed from servicers because I was suddenly charged a few bucks in foreign transaction fees on my card from the previous servicer XXXX to the new servicer Barclay 's. I called and cancelled my card. I informed them that I wished to close the account based on this issue when they asked why I wanted to close my account, but they made no attempt to explain or refund the foreign transaction fees on my account. I didn't sign up for an account that had these fees. It was not fair when the servicer changed that the fees increased and changed as well. I did not agree to this.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2022 a fraudulent charge transaction took place at a travel agency XXXX. I called my Jet blue card Barclays Bank that day and was told I had to start a fraudulent transaction on my account. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter stating my account was closed pending investigation. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter the merchant had proof I did the transaction.I said I wanted it reinvestigated and was told to fax a request with all the reasons why. I asked to see proof of this transaction and was told I would receive it by XX/XX/XXXX. Never received anything. Received a letter on XX/XX/XXXX account was closed and I would not be held responsible until investigation was complete within two complete cycles from the date the suspicious activity was reported. On XX/XX/XXXX th I called the phone number for the fraud department asking to please give me some answers and proof of this transaction. I was told I would get the proof within 10 days. He also asked if I had proof it was not me. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told I would receive a call within a week. That never happened. No one ever told me I had to prove it wasnt mine and still never got proof of the transaction. I took it upon myself to call the XXXX XXXX agency and found out the trip was to the XXXX hotel in XXXX XXXX for the dates of XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I was in XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX all on my Jet Blue card how can I be in two places at the same time. I sent copies of my charge card statement, copy of my passport showing dates and asked what the hotel had for picture ID. Again I asked for proof with fourteen pages I faxed asking for them again to investigate and at that point one of the representatives I spoke to told me to place a dispute on the charge which I was told I should have done in the beginning. I did what the first Representative I spoke to told me to do. I called another number in the dispute number and am now awaiting again for proof as they look at this again. As of XXXX I was told I am responsible again as the dispute can not be put on after the fraud department gets the claim. Few days shy of 5 months and still no proof of this transaction.
