Consumer Complaint: My account is with Bank of America. On XX/XX/, I received a wire transfer from a colleague of mine for {$100000.00}. For the next 3 days I was able to receive money from my account without any problem. On the morning of XX/XX/ I went into the XXXX XXXX and withdrew money from the account with no problem but that afternoon I went in to the XXXX branch to withdraw a far lesser amount and I was told that I could not get my money and to call a number. I called the number and I was told that my account was under review. Upon hearing this I was outraged but inspire of my protest and pleas for an explaination I was only told that they had the contractual right to hold my money for 3-5 days. It is now day 8 and BofA still has my money. They never provided for warning an explaination or a call. In spite of my continued efforts to call them, speaking to worthless supervisors, I have simply been told my account is under review. I was told by one of their staff to go to the remitting bank which I did on XX/XX/ and I had them call the bank and send emails for 2 hours along with the gentleman who wired the money. In spite of that and having BofA speak to the man who wired the money they have yet to release my funds. They have damaged my credit and credibility due to creditors and bills that can not be paid. I had planned an outing with my family but I could not due to the fact that I could not access my money. I want my money released immediately and the process changed.

Consumer Complaint: On ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I received a text notification from what appeared to be Bank of America notifying me of a {$3500.00} fraudulent XXXX transfer and asking if it was authorized. I replied with " No '' and received a call from Bank of America 's fraud protection number. Where I was unknowingly coerced into transferring {$3500.00}. I was told I was transferring the money back to my account. Later the same day I called the same Bank of America fraud number and I was actually told by an associate that what happened was legitimate and that the money being transferred back into my account was pending. I also received another call on ( XX/XX/XXXX ) saying the initial claims code for the {$3500.00} transfer had expired and I needed to go through the steps again, which I did and then unknowingly transferred another {$3500.00}. Thus being scammed out of {$7000.00} total from my checking account through XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: bank of America has violated my rights multiple times. the cfpb has allowed nonsense responses and has allowed bank of American to DEMAND that is stop trying to hold them accountable for their federal crimes. I now posses evidence from the dealership in question not just other banks. this shows how bank of America willfully, deliberately and with premeditation allowed this to happen after I requested evidence multiple time.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the continuous harassment I have been subjected to by Bank of America. For months, every seven-day period, I have received more than seven calls, often up to three times a day, every day of the week except Sunday. Despite my answering some of the calls, the bank continues to call me repeatedly after engaging in a telephone conversation with me about my particular debt of about {$12000.00}. I have explicitly asked for the calls to stop, yet was told that even if I make regular minimum payments, they would still call me regarding any past due amount.

Issue: Managing an account
Subissue: Problem using a debit or ATM card
Consumer Complaint: Bank of America intentionally delayed investigation into unauthorized and fraudulent transactions on my account. I was consistent with following up, provided plenty documentation and thorough analysis of the case. My money was used and abused by fraudsters in connection with merchants specifically grocery chains where my atm debit card was scanned and reused of purchase of goods not easily traceable. I spoke with bank multiple times stressing situation I was denied claim and message was sent via online banking stating claim not paid and I authorized transactions with signed contract. Not true because I didnt have any contacts with grocery store nor did I signed anything. Totally brazen action of the bank not to mention cruelty of their employees blatantly lying to me and being extremely disrespectful including discriminatory behavior towards me. I do speak English and I definitely demand a thorough investigation documents. I kindly requested re-investigation because I am confident my money was stolen by professional hackers and criminals. I have not received any response. If bank doesnt return / credit my money back to my account I have no other choice than follow law suit

Consumer Complaint: I purchased 2 vacations in XXXX from a very well known and popular travel agency named XXXX XXXX XXXX, based in XXXX XXXX prior to the world shutting down for Covid. I made my initial voucher purchase and following that all my monthly installments using my BOA Credit Card. My vacations were ultimately cancelled due to the world shut down, travel being illegal to do and airlines and hotels closing. XXXX XXXX XXXX assured all customers that once the world reopened and all travel locations were safe to resume business, my vacations would be rebooked and would take place. Of the 2 vacations I had purchased only one was rebooked after the world opened. I was to take that vacation to XXXX XXXX this XX/XX/XXXX, working with the XXXX XXXX. I received word in XX/XX/XXXX that XXXX XXXX XXXX was closing due to the monies lost from tourism shutting down and all people who booked vacations were not receiving a refund! Crushed dreams and a broken heart. I'm not wealthy to lose thousands of dollars. Upon advisement I was told to contact the CC company and dispute the charges to get a refund. BOA has denied me 2 times because the dates of purchase were out of the time frame to retrieve the money. This happened due to the Covid shut down and the company closing after Covid and not in my reporting past the rules... rules that can be changed due to the circumstances of Covid. My initial voucher I purchased was for {$500.00} on XX/XX/XXXX I then made monthly installments for {$200.00} 13 times late in XXXX and in XXXX. My loss on this credit card is a total of {$3200.00} I submitted all information about the CC company closing due to Covid and BOA had all the proofs of purchase in my account. I also submitted my plea letter that fell upon deaf ears and no one person willing to help me.
