Consumer Complaint: Bank of American has an account on my credit report listed as a Charge Off and it is not. When I disputed this through XXXX XXXX the report back from Bank of American indicate the account was at maximum delinquency and it is not. There was an agreement made with Bank of America in early 2022 regarding payment on the account. Since that time all payments have been made to date. The account therefore is not charged off nor is it at maximum delinquency since the payments have been made as agreed. I simply want Bank of American to report the account accurately as up to date and payments being made as agreed. They are showing the balance declining, so why can they not report it correctly.

Consumer Complaint: There were a string of fraudulent charges on my credit card. This lasted a couple of days since the bank and credit card fraud detection did not notice. I notified the bank, and an investigation was started. The investigation was closed, and my request denied since the person who stole my credit card signed the receipts. I notified customer service of this, and was told that filing a complaint with CFPB was my only recourse.

Consumer Complaint: Credit report goes down every time you apply, really! First bank of America send all thier junk advertisement to me in mail. Then I apply, they deny, was going to transfer balance from XXXX cause of thier XXXX XXXX. Mostly caused by in my opinion by staff reductions.they didn't allocate my payments as I wanted, now last month they did but still not for month before. The bank spent lots of money trying to get me tp apply for thier credit card. So why deny and reduce my credit score, big old scooge for sure like XXXX XXXX! Stay away from XXXX XXXX, know first hand they are deceiving and dirty! Get that hard check off my record by bank of america. Then XXXX credit application denied by XXXX. Already have card with XXXX. XXXX said, get XXXX dollars from XXXX and 12 months free payment plan with XXXX XXXX. Got denied by XXXX. So Now I put it under my XXXX XXXX. The purchase. In may, I will transfer XXXX balance to XXXX. Those applications should not bring my score down, its a gimmick by card companies and banks. Get that credit denial off my record, it was better deal, free XXXX dollars and no interest payment plan. Big business advertisement. We get punished? What's wrong with the America. Get chase credit check off my record! XXXX represenative told me go to credit bureau, ok, so I did!

Why am I responsible for the money I never spent but was on hold the entire time. I feel like I am being scammed by Bank of America all over again.

Consumer Complaint: To Whom This May Concern, according to Bank of america, XXXX has denied my forgiveness based on BOA XXXX provided however i am unable to speak with the XXXX myself. This is going to be an ongoing fight until full resolution, what they are doing and did is Criminal, and there is a class action law suit against the bank about my very complaint XXXX LOAN # XXXX please see attached docs, previously provided to BOA upon application, Please let the XXXX KNOW THIS!!!!! According to BOA I'm being denied as I imputed XXXX XXXX payments into my totals, which I did as that's what it asked for in the BOA APPLICATION!! Regardless, I disbursed the XXXX XXXX XXXX funds per XXXX Guidelines, only paying XXXX employees, hiring new employees and paying from a separate account, all rules from XXXX which we followed 100 %. Please note that the attached documents are all I have regarding XXXX for 2019, I was on payroll the last week of 2019. That's why when I applied as a new business, I did XXXX XXXX payments as detailed in the application, BUT did not pay out XXXX payments with the XXXX Funds!!! I see that BOA is having this exact issue with many clients who are trying to abide by the XXXX rules, i was advised by a BOA rep that I'm not alone. This is poor service form BOA, i am researching and finding lawsuits with the bank over this and fully intend to pursue as well if this isn't 100 % forgiven based on XXXX payout rules, i did everything i was asked for, and complied 100 %, everything that Bank Of America asked for prior to them approving my loan, i provided and what i didnt provide, i submitted a full Explanation. I have documentation of ALL of this, so they can not dispute any of it. In XXXX of XXXX, I went to try to purchase my first car by myself. Upon applying, I was told that I needed a cosigner because my credit score was not high enough. This greatly confused me since I had never missed any payment on anything and have a no debt outside of student loans. Therefore, I began to investigate and saw on my credit report several credit cards under my name, some with no balance and closed and others with balances totaling $ XXXX PLUS {$4000.00} in furniture from XXXX which was never paid by my parents and sent to collections. I called each card company and they told me that XXXX and XXXX XXXX, who are my parents, opened the cards and were making payments, but on the Bank of America, XXXX, and XXXX cards they STOPPED MAKING PAYMENTS. These accounts first started to be opened TWO MONTHS AFTER I TURNED XXXX XXXX XXXX!!!!!!!! I contacted XXXX XXXX first, since two accounts were under them, and they investigated and found that the accounts were fraud and were opened by my parents. The collections agency also did the same for the XXXX furniture. However, Bank of America, XXXX, XXXX, and ALL THREE CREDIT BUREAUS are REFUSING to investigate or remove these accounts from my name and credit report after 3+ times submitting disputes, documentation, federal and police reports, etc. WHY CAN XXXX XXXX DO THEIR JOB BUT THE OTHER COMPANIES CAN'T?
