Consumer Complaint: I did a wire transfer for the amount of XXXX XXXX XXXX dollars on XXXX XXXXXXXX from my banking on line from my account at Bank of America to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the money never got to the companies account. I have been talking to XXXX and XXXX XXXX the manager at BofA in XXXX Texas XXXX but they keep telling me that they are not responsible for this money. This transfer from my account to that company is not the first time i have done it and never had a problem. the last time i did a wire transfer to the same account it was in XXXX of this same year two months before with out a problem.

Consumer Complaint: I opened my account at Bank of America in XX/XX/XXXX. In XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, my account was blocked and any money going out kept getting declined including my card payments. I reached out to our RM and was told that my account is under review by the bank and it will take about 30 days for an answer. After the 30 days were over, we reached out and were told by our RM that our account is under review by the fraud department and will take another 90 days or more for an answer. We have tried to reach out to the bank and our RM via calls as well as emails to ask them what they thought was suspicious so that we can help them with the clarification by showing them our documents. However, we have gotten no response. The bank wants to do its own investigation without even asking for any documents. It has now been over 50 days since our account has been locked. We have {$110000.00} that has been frozen by the bank in that account and because of that, we are defaulting on a lot of payments to our suppliers as well as not being able to deliver the goods to our buyers who have given us the payment. We are on the verge of going out of business completely if this isn't resolved very soon. I am attaching the bank statement for the month of XX/XX/XXXX where you can see none of my payments were going through. I am also attaching the email thread of my conversation with the RM who didn't reply at first but when he did he said there is no update and we will have to wait.

Since XX/XX/XXXX, all three credit bureaus placed credit freeze and fraud alarm on my credit report, CRA 's has also been notified by the agencies. The credit freeze/fraud alert remains present. I would like to lodge at dispute and complaint against my Bank 's unlawful, illegal, unethical, unfair and rude practices. The Bank has been violating my consumer protection rights under CFPB and FDIC regulations for Fraud and Identity Theft Victims. The Bank neither handled or followed up CFPB guidelines for handling and protecting consumers against unauthorized and fraudulent charges. The Bank completely destroyed my Credit and Credit Scores by creating unlawful, unfair and biased debt based on fraud and disputed charges. For over two years, the Bank has been collecting payments, charging interest and late fees on all Fraudulent Disputed Billing amounts. Hense, the bank also has been charging my Debt based on Identity Theft. The Bank has been Reporting Disputed Fraud amounts to the Credit Burrous as my " Defaulted Debt '', The Bank has been reporting unauthorized disputed charges as Delinquent. The Bank never notified me about actions and/or results of their investigations on disputed charges. Since XXXX, I opened 9 accounts with the Bank. Including credit/debit cards, checking and trust accounts. As of today, all 9 accounts have been charged-off, closed, reported as delinquent and sent to Debt Collection Agencies. At this time, I know that two credit cards, ending at XXXX and XXXX, were charged-off at Bank 's request on XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I have no idea or knowledge about the latter. My Irreversible XXXX Account ending in XXXX was charged-off or closed in XX/XX/XXXX. I have no information available. At least one of my credit card accounts were sent to collection agency ( in XXXX ) Most importantly, that my personal checking account, ending in XXXX, with {$69000.00} of funds available, was abruptly closed last week, XX/XX/XXXX. I have no information available about the account. This account has been my main source of money. Since last week closure, I have no money available to eat, get transportation and basic essentials. ( I do n't drive ), Despite my numerous attempts to get any information about the closure, or when I will be getting final check, or any notifications about the closure, ( it has been 9 days since the closure ), the Bank keeps ignoring me, and living me in the " dark ''. Consumer Complaint: I began to experience issues with my Bank of America Debit card not working ( XXXX XXXX ) when attempting to make purchases. I attempted to login online and was unsuccessful so I called into Bank of America. They then reported my bank account was closed due to depositing a third party check. I have a joint account with my wife and I barely use it. I never deposit checks or cash checks but somehow Bank of America is claiming I deposited a check that was not made out to me. For one how is this possible? Two they know the exact date and time the check was deposited and have video cameras at all of their ATM locations. If I had deposited the check they would be able to produce video evidence. The truth is I did not deposit a 3rd party check and now It's showing on my checking consumer report. This false reporting is preventing me from opening an account anywhere else.

Consumer Complaint: In late XXXX, I noticed that an inquiry from Bank of America on my XXXX credit report ( dated XX/XX/23 ) that I had not authorized. The inquiry does not show on my XXXX credit report and I have been unable to access my XXXX credit report to confirm. I contacted Bank of America to dispute the inquiry and was told that the inquiry would be removed from my credit reports, but that I might not see a change on my credit reports for 60-90 days. In XXXX, I received a letter in the U.S. mail from Bank of America requesting more information. I phoned Bank of America and was transferred to the fraud department. The representative could not determine which information was needed and so she 're-opened " the claim. I was again told that the inquiry would be removed from my credit reports, but that I might not see a change on my credit reports for 60-90 days. On XX/XX/23, I was notified by my bank that Bank of America had run a second inquiry on my credit report that day. I contacted Bank of America to inquire about the second inquiry, but was told that there was no record of a second application being submitted. Bank of America was able to confirm that the first application had been cancelled and that the inquiry would be removed from my credit report, but I also told that I would need to contact XXXX to dispute the second inquiry. This is ridiculous, as XXXX expressly directs customers to contact companies directly when disputing inquiries.

I sent the {$740.00} to this email, the withdrawal was done from my XXXX account of XXXX XXXX # XXXX on XX/XX/23. We reported the scam to XXXX XXXX, they told me, the money went to Bank of American account. XXXXXXXX XXXX requested the return of the money. At this time. Bank of America has not answered. It is over a year and we have heard every story and Bank of America refuses to tell us what account this credited. XXXX The lender is under no obligation to refinance. Borrower shall make payment on XX/XX/XXXX each monthly payment of principal and interest will be XXXX this will be a part of a large monthly payment required by the security instrument that shall be applied to principal interest. THIS IS RETALIATION!!! DO HUD REALIZE!!! We have Never Miss A Mortgage Payment. XXXX XXXX XXXX. Put our mortgage in Foreclosure!! HUD took it out and put it in Covid-19 Forbearance.
