Consumer Complaint: Bank of America issue with investing my account on numerious occasions. It has taken me this long due to the fact to look everythhbg over because I was sick for the last XXXX years with my XXXX health. I have put many disputes in and they are not getting corrected or maybe I am not doing them correct. I believe that my credit card account was over paid and also I told Bank of America that I had an authorized charge on my account as well which was never handled. I am going to give all the key events so it does not get confusing. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX my card was charged for XXXX for and unauthorized charge to XXXX XXXX XXXXor someones medical debit. I have health insurance. Bank of America was suppose to remove this I also disputed this many times. With the credit bureaus and Bank of America. Still not handled XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX my credit card balance was XXXX. My card was maxed out I could not charge anything on it. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I paid XXXX dollars XXXX. XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I paid XXXX dollars XXXX. Since XX/XX/XXXX I enter an agreement with Bank of America stating I would pay XXXX dollars a month and the reason was because it would help me show a good payment history on my credit report. That was the purpose of it. It was all said on a record line. I wanted to establish by outstanding payment history. XXXX. They had a charge write off for XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX my account closed in XXXX of XXXX. XXXX. I have been making monthly payments since XXXX only skipped XXXX. On my credit report it does not show that I am making on time payments. Anytime I try to apply for something it says I am not making on time payments. XXXX. Why would the account go to charge write off it I was making payemnts? XXXX. The amount is incorrect, if I paid XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and my balance was XXXX. That would bring it down to XXXX. XXXX. My account was closed it was XXXX of XXXX and I still have not got an answer on the dispute for the unauthorized charge. XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I decide to enter an agreement were I pay XXXX a month starting in XXXX. XXXX. I spoke to many different supervisors on multiple occasions. * -They said this is a great opportunity for me to establish credit payment history on my credit report keep in mind this is not suppose to go to charge write off. * I notice in my Bank of America app it says I behind on my credit card payment. So I need to call to make a payment. * I notice recently that XXXX of the employees set it up as a XXXX payment. As XXXX. So it comes out of my account from XXXX. *I spoke to a manger last week he said there is nothing he can do about my credit report he wouldnt even try to help me and I told him something is not write. If I enter an agreement before it went to charge write off. *I established incorrect charges before all this. This has caused so much issues that it keeps coming up if someone runs a credit check that I am not making on time payments and I am behind on Bank of America. When really I went into an agreement with them. Its caused me so much of heartache if I knew that XXXX payment would not help I would have paid them off 3 years ago I have no problem paying off XXXX credit card. I can show you. Consumer Complaint: I have been using Bank of America credit card for more than 5 years and I am not able to setup autopay for my credit card using Bank of America checking account. I reached out to them a couple of times to fix this issue as due to this issue I missed to pay my XX/XX/2023 bill and had to pay late charges as well as the interest. On XX/XX/2023 when I called the customer care, initially they sent me a document with steps to setup autopay to follow but some of steps mentioned there were not in my profile. Next time when they checked through screen share and found autopay option is not available, the operator reached out to her supervisor and later setup one time payment by mentioning this is the autopay. As it was one time payment it worked for a month but for the next month again when it did not work I reached out to customer care telling the whole story and at the end they mentioned you might have tried to setup autopay through billpay with some other bank due to which this option is not available in Bank Of America site even though autopay was not setup for my Bank of America credit card through any bank.

Consumer Complaint: I had a checking account with Bank of America, and since I am out of the country and the account being inactive, I received a notice regarding this in the month of XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted the bank officials several times asking assistance to close the account and transfer the money, but failed and hence contacted CFPB seeking help to solve the issue. I filed an original complaint ( # XXXX ) dated XX/XX/XXXX. One representative named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Resolution Specialist, Regulatory Complaints contacted me over my phone. She suggested me to write a letter for communication stating to close my account upon my request and send me a Banker 's Cheque, to my address after verifying my identity and my concerns are being genuine. She gave me the address to communicate also. Later she sent me a packet via XXXX courier which included all these information. She also told the Banker 's Cheque validity would be XXXX days and once not cleared within XXXX days, I should get back to her so that she would issue a new one. I received an email from Bank of America XXXX days after stating that my account has been closed. But after that there were not information or correspondence. I after waiting for almost XXXX months, filed another complaint with CFPB during the month of XXXX. Complaint # XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX. As a response to this another representative named XXXX XXXX XXXX, Executive Escalations, Resolution Complaint Operations, Bank of America contacted me over my phone like XXXX XXXX XXXX did. According to him, a Banker 's Cheque was issued for me but dispatched to a wrong address. He also emailed my in my personal email address detailing all what have happened and a new cheque would be issued with a stop payment notification issued on the previous one. The response email I received from him on XXXX and he mentioned that the cheque would be sent to my address on the same day. Despite waiting XXXX days, I am yet to receive any information regarding the status of the same to this moment. He also mention that he would contact XXXX XXXX XXXX for any tracking information and later replied that there were none. Copies of all communications are attached herewith.

Consumer Complaint: I have already had b of a credit cards and they closed an account without my written consent and I Never consented to closing the account. I need the closed accounts and credit cards reopened immediately. I will be sending the IRS a 3949a form and the 211. I also asked that Bank of America send me all my history of accounts and all the statements for all my accounts with Bank of America. I also asked that they add my daughter, XXXX XXXX, on ALL my Accounts and Credit accounts. I demand that B of A reopen my credit lines as I am the owner of the account and for every account I have, there's interest and equity inside the applications and the accounts. These Bank of America Managers are not doing as I ask and I am in need of these accounts to be opened and all my accounts need to have a limit increase immediately. I applied and granted access to my Security accounts and I have proof that bank of america has already been paid and they are committing securities fraud and I can not be denied access to my own right to credit, which is discrimination and they are in violation of the Equal Credit Opportunities Act and the consumer credit protection act. I need Bank of America to apply my instructions as the tender of payment to the account as I am the owner of the account and I can not be denied access to my right to credit. All accounts are all prepaid, The law says NOTHING about I have to repay... So, I have accepted the the rights, titles, interest, equity owed to my principal, which I am the agent on behalf of. The banks are the Borrower, not the lender. If the bank did not have my registered security and I am the collateral too, then they would never have been able to access my credit account held at the treasury and the federal reserve window on my behalf. I demand that they open my security account and give me my benefits and my run back my interest 12 usc 1431. The federal reserve agent shall ( means Must ) make an advancement at the federal reserve bank window for the amount I applied for on an open ended credit plan as I am the one who created the money and they are the fiduciary of my account and they are OBLIGATED to perform and I am being damaged as these applications/ contracts are not being performed properly. The application is the promissory note, so return my interest to me and I am entitled to the benefits for the bank using my registered securities. 18 USC 8 ALL debts public and private are the obligation of the United States ( Principal ). I can not be the Creditor and the debtor. The principal is the Consumer and the borrower is the bank. CFPB, make sure they do their job and I am expecting that they reconsider and do their duty and make sure the benefits are to me. Federal Reserve Act section 16 part one and two. There is no reason and no event can Bank of America Judge me off my credit score. This is directly from congress. FOLLOW THE LAW.

Consumer Complaint: A company named XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, & XXXX has served me and is suing me for a debt they bought from BOA that is XXXX XXXX XXXX and what I believe is identity theft as I do not recognize the debt. Someone made a mystery payment in XXXX of XXXX so that they can reopen the case. This appears to be a gross violation of my FDCPA rights as I read them. This company appears to be the ambulance chasers of debt collection. I have found several complaints from the XXXX and several lawsuits related to shady collection practices. If my only option is to go to court I will, but I would like to sue them for violation of the FDCPA.
