Consumer Complaint: Its been awhile but it was around 2010 they would let amount go through even if I didnt have the funds.Didnt even notified me I wouldnt fine out until following month.I got paid twice a month but yet I would use my debit card and the fees would rack it up to the hundreds of overdraft fees, I talk to them about it and they told be to sue Better checking of my account myself. I work on it for about couple months it still went on so I just close the account. I received a personal check from a customer so it was drawn on Bank of America so I went there to my unknown that I still owed money they took more than half of my check about {$500.00}

Consumer Complaint: I am A costomer with Bank of America for many years. I was surprised that last year there were monthly fees deducted from my bank, amounting ( checking account ) {$4.00}, and previously, fees were also taken from me, which I contact them to return to me the sums that were deducted from me, but it took eight months. They continued to deduct this amount from me and called them again and they tell me that this is the bank 's policy, noting that previously they did not take these fees from me, and for your information, I used the bank card to purchase continuously and monthly
