Consumer Complaint: I gave my Credit Card information to the XXXX XXXX company at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KS XXXX, ( XXXX ) XXXX to pay for a moving XXXX XXXXl. At that time all that was owed on my BANK OF AMERICA Credit card was $ XXXXI returned the XXXX XXXX at around XXXX : XXXX the next morning with a charge of {$4.00} being charged by XXXX XXXX. when I looked at my BANK OF AMERICA credit card balance, it said the I had deposited {$200.00} which was deducted from my card but added to the balance owed! I filed a fraud claim but the bank is still saying that I took the money off the card!! I did not take any money off of the card because the XXXX XXXX company would charge the card. when I tried to see if XXXX XXXX did this ..I saw vanishing amounts come up and then disappear... Please investigate these two companies and the credit card company as someone within them has done this, as it has happened before and I have had numerous cards closed and have been receiving notice that I have accounts that I did not open. I am willing to take a Polygraph test for Forensic evidence as proof that I am not lying. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and feel that I have been targeted for at least 5 years by someone working within Bank of America or the Credit Card Company as well as possibly XXXX XXXX as well, because of this ..I can not pay my bills and I am XXXX and live on a set income.

Every time I enter my username and password, I get an error message saying that my account is locked. Consumer Complaint: XXXX sent me {$1400.00} for a contract buyout in XXXX. I didn't receive the card and had to reorder the card. I received the card sometime later ( unsure of when ; approximately a month later ). My card was lost and I didn't have access to the account online as I needed the information on the card. The card expired XX/XX/2023, I found the card and called Bank of America at the beginning of XXXX and reordered a new card. I received the new card, activated it and went to log in but was unable to because of login credentials. I asked for the balance and was told it was {$0.00}. I asked why, I was told it was because the funds were forfeited because I didn't use by the expiration date. I was never notified nor warned of this " policy ''

I was late with payment because I didnt see how to make the payment through another bank account I have besides Bank of America so I waited until one of my incomes check were deposited into the account.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I was at home when o got an always from my online banking app that my account was low so I checked my account with the online app and I saw a withdrawal from an atm of {$300.00}. I did not make this withdrawal. So I called the Bank of America fraud department and also filed a police report with the north side police station. On XX/XX/2023, the bank temporarily deposited the {$300.00} that was stolen. Then on XX/XX/2023 the bank reversed their decision and stole {$300.00} out of my account without telling me. They said they reversed their decision because the atm was in my jurisdiction ( which is a horrible uninformed decision ) Meanwhile the police have a screen shot of the woman who stole my money. The police know Im innocent and they know someone else is responsible for stealing my money. The bank made the wrong decision and its negligence on their part. Im still trying to get my money back from the bank. There is a police report about the incident where the woman stole {$300.00} out of my checking account somehow. The bank stole {$300.00} out of my checking account and has not given it back.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a new credit card from Bank of America. They promised a {$200.00} rewards offer for applying. Their fraud line XXXX called my home shortly after applying and told me they were concerned about fraud. They provided a code with letters and numbers. When I received the card in the mail it repeated my first name twice instead of having my first and last name. I called the bank and they said they would not verify my account, unless I came in person to their branch. They also said they do not use codes with letters and numbers. I told them I was unable to come to their branch and wanted to close the account then. They refused to close the account, and said they intend to keep my account open and keep my personal information in their database unless I come to their branch. They used their offer to gain my personal information.
