Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to resolve issue with bank providers due to fraud, on several accounts. Please look into the this matter, as it has been 10 years chase, as well as Bank of America. I have not had the proper investigation due to me asking for statements and putting money into the account. The account was closed with out my knowledge of any fraudulent transactions.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, purchase with card got declined. I contact BOA on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told the credit card is closed and got a numberXXXX, for further information. I called this number on XX/XX/XXXX and the representative told me all my accounts including checking/saving/credit cards are closed. I request for reason but he announced it's a business decision and can not disclose anything. I asked about the rewards and he said all rewards are forfeited. I complain about this and he insist on this action. At that time, there are XXXX points in card ending in XXXX and XXXX points in card ending in XXXX. Currently I can not redeem or transfer points on the BOA website. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I got BOA mails showing my credit cards are closed, the checking/saving will be closed in 30 days.

Consumer Complaint: A company I've never heard of attempted to get XXXX out of my account I had no idea until I called to check my balance that one number that every one of those people told me to call directs me right back to fraud line, I go into BOA and try to explain my ID and phone were in the same phone cover when lost, all they kept saying over and over again, ,you need to go to XXXX and get another ID, well you have my money held XXXX and taking your XXXX dollar fee out while I have no access to it so until I get access to cash I can't pay for a ID, the company that tried to get my money we're denied but still locked my account for something I had nothing to do with so the only people taking my money is BOA, I have a very Aggressive stalker that has assaulted me, destroyed my property and had family to jump me for my phone that had ALL the proof of stalking me this was the second phone in XXXX months I desperately need to pay for audio XXXX calls to get these people out of my life and I can't, NO MONEY

Consumer Complaint: My home equity loan application with Bank of America was halted because my name came up with a lien against it. It was an individual with my name who lives in XXXX XXXX ; XXXX NJ. I have never lived in XXXX ; XXXX XXXX. If the bank had done its due diligence in making a proper record search of my identity, this should have never happened. Now the bank says I need to provide a document from the courthouse showing the lien against me is either released or dismissed. This is completely absurd since there is in fact NO LIEN against me.

Consumer Complaint: I entered into a settlement agreement with Bank of America to make a payment of {$350.00} to settle my charged off Bank of America credit card and show as settled 'in full ' for less than full balance. I made a payment on XX/XX/ and received confirmation XXXX XXXXXXXX After reviewing my consumer credit report I see that they posted the amount paid, however there is still a balance showing. The purpose of settling the account with them was to show as settled in full with a {$0.00} balance. According to Bank of America they will not reflect a XXXX balance. I feel as if they did a 'bait and switch '. I was never notified that there would still be a balance showing on my credit report. When I entered into the agreement with the agent it was with the understanding that I was settling the credit card account out for less than the full balance to reflect, but the purpose of the settlement was to reflect a {$0.00} balance on my consumer credit report. When I spoke to Bank of America they continue to use verbiage regarding their disclosure statement as a way to cover up their mishandling of the account. Not once in their disclosure does it state that a balance would still reflect on my credit report. I feel as if they lured me into a settlement agreement under false pretense in order to collect a payment on the balance however their actions appear to be fraudulent. I would like for my credit report to be updated to reflect a {$0.00} balance.
