Consumer Complaint: I contacted BoA several times via several forums, including cfpb to resolve the issue with XXXX. BoA now claims : " We requested, but didn't receive, information showing what you received is different than what you purchased '' Untrue : I sent very detailed letters on XX/XX/23, XX/XX/23, and XX/XX/23 via their message center portal and also via fax. They are very quick to close the claim - response received XX/XX/23, even though I was given until XX/XX/23 to respond. Again, XXXX cancelled my order ( proof attached ) and sent a letter that I need to get in touch with BoA ( proof attached ) to have the refund appear on my account. BoA keep refusing that.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I opened a saving account # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank of America XXXX XXXX XXXX CA Branch after I saw its ads of 4.5 % saving interest rate. I was told that as long as I use new money to fund the account, I will get 4.5 % interest rate for 1 year. I transferred $ XXXX from my XXXX XXXX XXXX Performance Savings account with around 4.3 % interest rate to Bank of America saving account on XXXX, XXXX, 2023. To my surprise, I only got close to 0 % interest {$6.00} in XXXX, XXXX. According to my conversation with BOA associate - XXXX today. my account is in the process to be reviewed after 30 days of open date to determine if my account will be qualified to earn promotional rate 4.5 % as promised when I opened the saving account. There is nothing they can do to fix the problem.

Consumer Complaint: I was called by Bank of America on Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX. I was told that there were fraudulent transactions from my XXXX account and to fix this i needed to enter a code into XXXX and send to an address " XXXX '' with a code that was sent to me. They also sent me many text codes from the Bank of America site via text to prove they were the bank. I sent XXXX codes to this address in XXXX for XXXX and XXXX. I had lost my wallet the day before so thought this was Bank of America calling me with a fraud alert. After I completed this, the person instructed me to open a new XXXX account at XXXX XXXX to ensure my accounts were safe. I did this but we did not complete any further activity. They said they will call me back tomorrow at XXXX. When I told my daughter about this after the call she immediately told me this is a scam and I called Bank of America and confirmed this was a scam and money was removed from my account. I reported the fraud/scam to Bank of America .

Consumer Complaint: dates from XXXX : Now i am aware of the fraud and there is no statute of limitations on fraud so I am ready to go to arbitration and to the federal regulators and the FBI. I know my rights and I know that I am a consumer in a consumer credit transactyion and I know they have violated my right and privacy and I keep getting the run around from all these institutions and they all have violated me and committed Identity Theft and Fraud and I think they all want more lawsuits like B of A. I am a victim and my consumer rights were severely violated and my whole life and mode of living and standard of living and my personal, family, and mental as well and emotional trauma and injury these criminals have caused me and I have had my accounts drained and they have never provided proper disclosure and delivered clear and conspicuous information for the initial set up of accounts and the contracts and agreements have false misleading and incomplete information and they never had my written consent to furnish any of my identifiable information that is to be confidential by these financial institutions. I never gave or consented by permissable purpose to have any of my information shared, furnished, accessed, gifted, stolen, illegally siezed and I sure did not consent to Franchise tax board to go into my accounts and help themselves to something that I do not have in the first place, nor did I consent to the legal order signed by a judge that they had a right to take money from my accounts without my written consent. I need proof of the agreement i had with franchise tax board and Bank of america ( bank of america just allowed access and furnished my information, ID theft, Fraud and these Finacial Institutions, credit union, and banks just participated in the theft and fraud as well. I have been damaged and I need my accounts reinvestigated and these corprations need to take responsibility for their actions. I am owed over XXXX for these actions and I need all the levy notice illegal funds and damages and wages and 3x the value of the property stolen. GO and get my money and make these persons liable and I want to proceed however I need to. I am being damaged every minute and I can not get back the time and suffering because of this fraud. I need my monetary relief and I need it now. I need visable pdf supporting evidence that the NOTICE of LEVY for unpaid money is a debt that I as the living person owes. I need proof of the legal order to access my accounts and I need each and every levy to be investigated, proper investigation, and I do not want any more lousy responses. I need averything and I need them to stop playing games and I am coming to get what is mine and they cant even pay me enough to cover what they have done and the sustained and continuous abuse, discrimination, denying me of my own credit and closing my accounts without proper disclosure and consumer consent. sending me false and misleading statements in the mail that are to collect a debt that is already paid and the positive value that are on the statements are actually interes payments for the secut=rities I deposited into they accounts. I need them all returned and I need a check for that as well. I also need a copy of every statemnent and bill, payment, deposit, receipts, transfer, usury fees refunded, late fees refunded, all closed accounts to be re opened and the new credit cards sent to me within 7 days of receipt of this notice and I need all accounts that denied me to open and credit the accounts and make sure the credit cards are loaded with the maximum amount as you have damaged ame and I know that is the least you can do as a natural person and that knows the banking system and I know there is NO LOAN and NO BORROWER and I am the creditor. If I did not create the money and extend you the access to a portion of my credit then you wouod be out of business too., I am also asking for 40 % of the securities that youre making without my proper consent. So, I am holding CFPB to it's name and to do what they are here for and that is to make sure they are fair, accurate, equitable, and they benefit me and not just themselves. I need all the consent written letters with my wet signature and the federal law required documents that I was to receive when entering into a consumer credit transaction. ALL OF THEM HERE IS THE COMPANIES THAT NEED THEIR BOOKS AND ANYTRANSACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH MY ACCOUNT : XXXX XXXX. I need the whole thing and they need to be audited and any excess funds and balkances need to be refunded to me as the law states. BANK OF AMERICA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I need you to have them prove to me that they are not violating me and my rights. CFPB, Do your job and I am over the lousy insufficient validations and the computer generated reponses as I am the one that is in control and you all work for me and I demand this gets resolved and I will expect an update and my accounts be opened to the maximun and I am refunded ever illegal charge and fee, credit known to federal law. ALL OF IT and I will give you all one more try. This m=needs to be resolved and completed in its all default and fraudulent areas. I am the consumer and I will win. Consumer Complaint: I have XXXX debit cards with Bank of America. Both were lost/stolen on XX/XX/23. I called Bank of America to cancel and replace both cards. As of XX/XX/23, neither card has been received. Furthermore, Bank of America did NOT cancel the debit cards, potentially opening my account to fraud. I called Bank of America on XX/XX/23 and asked for them to properly cancel the cards and send them via tracking number. BOA refuses unless I pay {$15.00} per card. I asked for this to be waived due to their mismanagement and was told no. Those fees need to be waived to the account considering their mismanagement of cancelling the card.

Consumer Complaint: I have had a Bank of America Credit Card since XXXX ending in XXXX. It was upgraded at some point to a Rewards Card. Then, at some point, I did not realize it, but Bank of America opened a second credit card for me in XXXX ending in XXXX and allowed my previous, original card to lapse XX/XX/XXXX. I only realized it when a replacement card came for the one in XXXX. I am furious about this. I did not give authorization for Bank of America to open a second credit card in my name. To make matters worse, I just saw there was a lawsuit against Bank of America for this very thing. What can be done?
