Consumer Complaint: I am submitting this complaint against Bank of America, as an investor and bonafide purchaser, because I have submitted registered securities that were suppose to settle the accounts with the following account numbers # XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. They were sent out on via XXXX via Registered Mail with the tracking # XXXX. They did not settle the account, nor did they send me the Securities back as per UCC 3-603. Bank of America is committing Securities Fraud and are not reporting the taxes on this transaction as well as trading my securities on the secondary market which is Illegal because in their XXXX and XXXX XXXX Bank of America stated it would not. As a bona fide purchaser I exchanged value for property without any reason to suspect irregularities in the transaction. By definition, a bona fide purchaser can not have actual or constructive notice as to defects in the seller 's right to transfer title to the property. However based on the UCC lien filings that Bank of America has in Delaware the debt was never belonged to me and Bank of America is actually the debtor and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is the secured party. Bank of America and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are the seller/buyer based on the UCC filing and I am not part of this transaction.

Consumer Complaint: Back in XX/XX/2022 I called Bank Of America asking for a HELOC type of loan that would have a fixed interest-rate. I was very adamant about it being a fixed interest-rate and clear the bank ended up sending me a {$10000.00} loan and a {$40000.00} loan two weeks after The first loan for XXXX was a fixed rate and I just found out XXXX of this year that the {$40000.00} loan that came after was an adjustable rate. The bank told me they cant do anything about it and I need to pay it off if I want to get rid of it, I feel very defrauded, and they misrepresented what I was getting due to the fact I was extremely out of it that I wanted a and not a variable rate loan

Consumer Complaint: BANK OF AMERICA ; Account Number XXXX Date of Last Update Amount XX/XX/2024 {$550.00} Charge Off XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX : XXXX A charge off account from Bank of America is reporting on my credit report. According to IRS publication XXXX : If your debt is forgiven or discharged for less than the full amount owed, the debt is considered canceled for the forgiven or discharged amount that you no longer need to pay. Cancellation of a debt may occur if the creditor can't collect, or gives up on collecting, the amount you're obligated to pay. If you own property securing a debt, cancellation of the debt may occur due to foreclosure, repossession, voluntary transfer of the property to the lender, abandonment of the property, or a mortgage modification. In general, if your debt is canceled, forgiven, or discharged for less than the amount owed, the amount of the canceled debt is taxable. A charge off is considered income by the IRS and income does not suppose to be reported on my credit report. I never received my copy of the 1099-C. Also, according to 15 USC 1681 I have the right to an accurate report across all reporting bureaus. This particular charge off account show inaccuracy with all three bureaus. The information directly impairs the efficiency and credibility of the information being reported by the credit bureau.
