Consumer Complaint: The account was closed without any notice I was able to transfer the funds before was too late, the next day I tried to download the XXXX statements to be able to file the taxes for XXXX, and then keep the others on hand to do the XXXX taxes. but I don't have any access to the business account anymore through the BOA website just the personal accounts, not the business. I know that they closed the account but they do not give me any choices or explanations I NEED THOSE STATEMENTS TO FILE THE TAXES FOR THIS YEAR. THEY CAN BE EMAIL TO ME. I NEED IT ASAP.

I was coached that my checking and savings accounts were outdated and I could be benefiting from better interest on my account balances by upgrading to the latest account. Fast forward a couple of months and Im now being charged monthly maintenance fees for not upholding a certain account minimum, which was never communicated to me when I was advised to upgrade my account. This feels very misleading, as Ive been a Bank of America customer for over a decade. They should not be able to do this.

Consumer Complaint: I sent XXXX money transfers to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX vehicles that I had purchased. The first was sent on XX/XX/2023 for XXXX. The second was sent on XX/XX/2023 for XXXX. The name of the company was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent the money from my XXXX XXXX account to their Bank of America account. The bank of america account number XXXX with routing number XXXX reference number XXXX. After being suspicious of fraud I called XXXX XXXX within XXXX hours to report the fraud.I also called Bank of America and they were no help in this matter and said they couldnt do anything about it. I also filled out an XXXX form and the FBI was notified. I have yet to hear back from anyone. XXXX XXXX VA XXXX XXXX was also notified and they said they have received numerous calls about this company for a week but yet this company still were online and selling the cars. The company had all the pictures, videos and titles of each car on their lot. I was sent numerous pictures and videos of the cars and even talked to him on the phone numerous times. The claim numbers from the bank are XXXX and XXXX. If there is anything else needed please let me know I have the whole conversation on text.

Consumer Complaint: Bank of America - Opened 3 Accounts - Closed 3 Accounts - I would like for them to tell me how this happened as it 99 % was an inside job as it happened the 3 hours after I met with their Business Banker and XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2023 I met with a XXXX XXXX by the name of XXXX at Bank of America at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX offered to open several savings accounts for my business with her, but I declined because the accounts where not what I was looking for. XXXX then walked me over to XXXX XXXX at Merrill Lynch : XXXX did have what I was looking for so I verbally agreed to open an account with XXXX. XXXX sent me an application, which I took a week to fill out. One week later, I received mail from Bank of America : the mail was a signature card for me to open three new accounts. I did not open these accounts. I went to the Bank of America branch to meet with XXXX and found out that those accounts were opened a XXXXXXXX XXXX the same day I met with XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX bank branch. These accounts were opened under my Business Name and all mail was sent to an address in XXXX I am not familiar with, that address is : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX Phone Number XXXX I closed the accounts- but I would like to know what happened and that it is being investigated given the fact we have an address and a phone number to call. To recover my funds. I submitted all requested documents including a FTC and law enforcement report. Bank of america did not provisionally credit my account wich is a clear and precise violation of the FTCA of XX/XX/1914, and after 90 days of having no update or information to give me, the claim was denied. Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Bank of America for the unwarranted closure of my accounts and the freeze of my funds, which has caused significant personal and financial distress. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and I have been put in an extremely precarious position due to these actions by the bank. On XX/XX/2023, I opened both savings and checking accounts with Bank of America to manage my university stipends and cover daily expenses. On XX/XX/XXXX, I deposited a paper check for my first month 's stipend of {$6600.00} into my BoA account via an ATM. To my dismay, on XX/XX/XXXX, I found that my accounts were locked and my funds were frozen without any prior notice or justification. This situation was not resolved until XX/XX/XXXX, after numerous stressful communications with both Bank of America and XXXXXXXX XXXX and a complaint filed on the CFPB website on XX/XX/XXXX ( refer to complaint ID : XXXX ). After regaining access to my funds, I utilized my accounts for normal transactions, including daily expenses and a transfer of {$1500.00} to my XXXX account. All transactions were lawful and within the reasonable scope of use for a personal bank account. Shockingly, on XX/XX/XXXX, I discovered that my accounts had been closed again, and all my funds were held by Bank of America. Upon inquiring at a local branch, I was informed that the check I deposited on XX/XX/XXXX required another review. As of today, the entire balance, approximately {$2800.00}, remains unjustly frozen. The repeated closures and the ongoing freeze of my funds have not only hindered my ability to pay for basic living expenses but have also placed me in a state of continuous uncertainty and undue hardship. The bank has not provided any substantial reasoning or evidence of wrongdoing on my part to justify such severe actions. I inserted my Bank of America debit card, clicked Balance Check " on the screen '' The balance was {$62.00} and change. Then I decided to withdraw {$50.00} because the fee was {$6.00}. So, I authored everything. The print out reflected Available Balance {$6.00}. ( See image ). Then I went to XXXX XXXX, and bought toilet paper and paper towel for {$2.00}. That's the ONLY transaction I made. Yesterday, XXXX, I went back to the same ATM late at night, around XXXXXXXX XXXX to check my balance on the screen. I wanted to know if XXXX had refunded {$38.00} of double billing ; and can you believe the screen reflected NEGATIVE XXXXXXXX XXXX and change. How can that be? My account does not have over draft protection. The ATM fee was removed up front the same moment I withdrew {$50.00}. So, where is the negative balance coming from? XXXX XXXX XXXX
