Consumer Complaint: Im filing a complaint against Bank of America, I lost my phone, debit card, wallet and license, and someone was able to use this information and fraudulent charge {$4800.00}, I have spoken to higher ups in the claims department and all I get is the runaround, Ive been a customer for about 13, years, I gave them all my information and even wrote a letter, every time I call they say they are gon na issue me credit and take care of it on the day I call and never do, why lie to your customers. Imagine this, Im not working, I come home to my cable being shut off, and ui being turned off, I had an XXXX person living with me and had to move her to my uncles house and had to borrow some money from family members, and last but not least imagine having to money foXXXX XXXX dinner and having to go to families house cause theres no money for groceries. If there is anyone out there that can help me to get this money back it will be greatly appreciated, I filed with the XXXX and attorney general, I hope Bank of America sees this and credit my account, this is so wrong.

Consumer Complaint: The Bank of America Corporate Center XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NC XXXX Dear sir, On XX/XX/2023, I have received the mail from your office mentioned above with some documents. After glancing several times, I have decided to write the comments and send to you. Following items, I have some questions as follows : 1. The document 1, which has 2 barcodes, I can not recognize the relationship with the contents. As far as I remember, where I wrote the complaints so far to relate with XXXX, is XXXX XXXX XXXX. Toward this company, I have made complaints regarding the illegal purchases of somebody unknown at the internet shop, XXXX for several times. Also, the unrecognizable charge by XXXX XXXX, which I tried to find out what kind of company was and still did not receive any solution and answer. This so-called company, also, charged my joint Bank of America account with my child, with same company name recently ; therefore, I disputed immediately. And there were two charges made by a same medical office toward the same date. Clearly said, I paid co-pay at the office on the visit ; however, this office sent me two same bills. Upon the phone inquiry, the office answered just pay one of them. Since I was not in good condition because of my XX/XX/XXXX study as a fellow student and some matters on my ears, for which I visited to this office in vain, XXXX in XXXX NJ, I paid the co-pay again. By reflection, I disputed with all necessary documents. All those disputes cost, except XXXX, which paid back only 5 months, even though it charged years, I received refunds. Anyway, I never ask the company in XXXX, which might be in Florida, to send something to Bank of America, where nobody knows personally. 2. Regarding the letter from your bank dated XX/XX/XXXX, I am not sure whether I have received it or not, since I was occupied with other unbelievable matters. As far as I see this document, now, the format of the letter was quite different, which I am familiar with the correspondence with your company in letter. That is only what I can state. I might have all letter correspondence in keep after the dentist problem, as you must know since your company was my primary payment company ; however, over-volumed documents are in file. Therefore, I do not want to check all these disgusting papers instead there will be legal and civil actions or I attain and am satisfied with some my academic ambition. Unfortunately, I will not satisfy with the end of mere XX/XX/XXXX course works. 3. Regarding the document on case number XXXX, I have not requested and applied to the credit card, since I am disgusted with these credit card and credit report company ; therefore, I do not find out any reason. Before I create any new credit card, I will yell and shout at my relatives in XXXX to calm down and satisfy myself ; and tell everything them and they will talk everybody around them in XXXX and over the world. Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX I saw a charge of my account for {$2600.00} for XXXXXXXX XXXX I do not own any XXXX devices or any XXXX accounts I reported the {$2600.00} to Bank of America Bank of America did the investigation for more than 6 months after I kept complaining about the investigation and why I have not gotten any of my refunds back months later in XXXX of XXXX you guys gave me a credit of {$2600.00} I was informed that that credit was a refund I said okay not a problem then I was also informed that I owed the back {$2600.00} cuz supposedly the bank gave me the partial credit and in reality the bank did not give me any credit I had to wait 6 Plus months to try to get a credit from you guys finally you guys tell me again that XXXX refunded the money I have never heard of a bank that gives you partial credit and a refund at the same time that's a little bit impossible so what Bank of America did was put me in collections and mess up my credit and say that I still owe {$2600.00} which is considered fraud fraud because of the simple fact that I don't owe any of those devices that have not show me proof that I purchased anything and they also closed all my accounts
