Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/2021 my AMEX card was charged a XXXX vehicle transfer fee by XXXX after I tried several time to cancel/withdraw based on the condition of the vehicle. I was told that the car was in pristine condition with no mechanical or cosmetic issues. I requested pictures of any damage no matter how minor. I was told I wold not receive any photos because there was no cosmetic damage. the XXXX representative stated there were no digs, scratches or imperfections. Upon inspection of the car there was obvious paint work and the effort to cover up previous damage.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX, I received a notice stating that my credit limit would decrease from {$10000.00} to {$2800.00}. This came as a result of false reporting from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX due to a discrepancy with payment date. That issue was corrected, credit score was resolved, but my limit with Amex did not return. I submitted a request to have my limit increased in XXXX of XXXX after making all payments on time, and growing my credit score XXXX points. I was denied because they said my balance was too high. My balance had been under 20 % utilization since I opened the account with a $ XXXX limit in XXXX of XXXX. I recently made a purchase that brought my balance up to approaching the new {$2800.00} limit. I checked my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and saw my AMEX balance went over the limit by {$1.00} ( for a charge I didn't notice ). This {$1.00} has dropped my credit score XXXX points! I've recently made an extra payment to amex but wanted to dispute the XXXX point decrease on my credit report as they didn't notify me of the overcharge to give me a chance to rectify before reporting the end of the month.

Consumer Complaint: I paid off my accounts on all of my Amex cards ( 3 total ). The limits were : {$12000.00} XXXX recently paid about $ XXXX to pay off completely to XXXX balance ), another was {$5000.00} limit and another was another {$5000.00} limit. Ive had my card since XXXX. I have never paid late, missed a payment, and I always pay twice the amount of the minimum payments. When I tried to make a purchase on the {$12000.00} ( blue cash back card ) limit card they immediately blocked it and put my limit to {$1000.00} and told me they need all of my financials and proof of income. Which I complied and worked on appeal. This was on XX/XX/XXXX. Then on another card ( Amex gold delta sky miles ) today XX/XX/XXXX I had {$5000.00} available credit with {$0.00} balance and I made an XXXX eats purchase for {$9.00} and they again changed it to {$1000.00}. I called to speak to a manager and they denied me. They claimed they have to review my account first ( even though they didnt ask me why I am calling ). I have done nothing wrong nor have I done anything to have warranted such treatment. I pay the annual fees for my cards of over {$300.00} a year and I never missed a payment and in fact I pay off my balances. They cited that I opened new credit cards recently which I did because I was offered 0 % APR and some had more cash back ( e.g. XXXX XXXX for my XXXX app purchases and XXXX card for my XXXX phone bill ). But that should give them the right to suddenly reduce my available credit by more than {$15000.00} for trying to use it to by something so small as {$9.00} XXXX eats pass
