I'm not swayed that XXXX Credit Bureau efficiently pleased the principles of the Fair Credit Reporting Act in completing their investigation. The XXXX Credit Bureau is reporting inaccurate information on AMEX. Per FCRA, reporting must be 100 % accurate or the information must be deleted.

Consumer Complaint: Transferred to XXXX financial to handle payment processing in early XXXX alleging " acct significat past-due ; '' pmts on-time ; changed to another collection agency for processing pmts. no contact ; could retrieve statments using URL available through instructions. Told acct not handled by American Express. I have not received statments in nearly four ( 4 ) months despite continuing to reside at same address. Received first communication from second agency XXXX on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX claiming " opportunity to regain card membership. '' Prior reinstatement agreement cancelled by AMEX alleging " significatly past-due. '' In light of this " offer '' allegation of serious past-due payment seems to have been ploy to reduce risk exposure by cancelling out garunteed reinstatment of high-tier card ( platinum ) to place in lowest-tier card without any benefits with annual fee. AMEX claims this " new '' reinstatmenet through XXXX is because of my prior " relationship '' with Amercan Express, yet it was that same " relationshp '' American Express alleged caused the account to be closd in XXXX after a double-payment in an alleged single statement period caused computing system to allege payment was late for subsequent month ( s ). This was also after AMEX " lost '' a two-thosuand dollar payment that was wired to them through the FED a few months prior in that same year.

They've mailed the request at least three to four times to get my attention with a terms and conditions attachment asking me to apply online with a RSVP CODE. After entering the approval code for credit by the due date the company sends a denial of credit.

I logged onto my online account and noticed charges were made that werent mine I immediately called customer service and disputed the charges I was sent a declaration of fraud which I did complete and send back to American Express bluebird several weeks went by without funds in my account and I heard back thatThat the charges werent unauthorized and I would not be getting any restitution however the charges were unauthorized I did not make the charges and I am out money from my work paycheck and it has caused a major life struggle

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021, as I was purchasing an airline ticket on XXXX, a credit card offer from American Express popped up. The offer indicated I would receive a total of XXXX air miles if I spent {$2000.00} and another XXXX miles with any XXXX purchase. I was unable to respond to the pop up offer and apply online as I do not have a proper house street number. We have XXXX XXXX XXXX here in the city of XXXX, CA. ( I had to purchase the airline ticket with a Visa credit card since I did not yet have the AMEX card ) After purchasing the airline ticket, I called the AMEX new credit card offer phone number and did the application with a very helpful AMEX representative. He completed the application and upon instant approval, read me a required credit card statement / agreement. He said that it would take a week to receive the card ( XX/XX/XXXX ) which it did. He also thoroughly reviewed all the welcome benefits including the XXXX miles and indicated it would take a statement or two to post after spending {$2000.00}. He was very helpful and even suggested that I make a simple onboard purchase to complete the XXXX purchase for the XXXX miles. He also saw that on my account that I had a very, very old AMEX cash card and updated that to their new cash card. ( more proof that I did all of this over the phone and not online ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I completed the {$2000.00} spending requirement and on XX/XX/XXXX, the XXXX purchase, both within the requisite time period. I waited for the milage credit to post for two statement periods which never happened so I called AMEX requesting the proper milage credit. The AMEX representatives supervisor told me that when I applied online at XXXX a pop up told me that I did not qualify for the welcome offer. I told her that would have been impossible since I had applied live over the phone directly with an AMEX representative and at that time was given in great details my welcome offer including the spending and milage credits. Her response was Oh that is different and I was given a XXXX XXXX which is XXXX. She said they would investigate and respond by XX/XX/XXXX. I received no written or phone call response from AMEX, so on XX/XX/XXXX I called them a second time. After relaying the details of my previous contact / conversation with AMEX, an AMEX representative supervisor told me again that it be investigated and resolved within two weeks. I clarified that the Case Number would be the same number. As of today, Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX, they have neither contacted me as promised nor posted the XXXX + XXXX miles to my account. I would like for American Express to honor their advertised and accepted Welcome Offer to me and post the XXXX XXXX XXXX as promised since I had fulfilled all the spending requirements in the time allotted. The American Express XXXX XXXX XXXX Number is XXXX.

I simply needed this changed, A phone rep told me they would call me back in a day or 2 while they fix the issue. I never received a call. That same day about 2 hours later my account was restricted and they asked by email for my business documents. I sent those over. Today Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX I had to reach out to two of my customers to be reimbursed because kabbage refunded my customers after I submitted proof to them these transactions were legitimate. I am confused and not sure what is going on.
